Where do I begin. The customer service the honesty and fair prices. When it comes to vehicles I have MINIMUM knowledge I was not outside with my dad when he was doing car repairs lol. They have serviced both of my vehicles from major A/C work to oil changes. I can always trust them to be open and honest without breaking the bank

This place is that "best kept secret" mechanic shop you will tell your friends about. Great prices! Also, they make excellent recommendations on maintenance, cutting thru the BS to what is really necessary. A philosophy that blends perfectly with the low prices. They also take walk ins and work fast, so what are you waiting for?
The one thing I will say, the waiting room & bathroom are not luxury. But for these prices, I do not expect a 5 star hotel. I usually walk across the street to Sweet Hut or Mozart cafe to hang out if repairs will take more than 30 minutes.
They speak Korean here, btw. Hope the son takes over the business. He does a great job
Seriously, this place is perfect for most car owners. Cannot recommend it enough.

Went there to get my car checked out, they told me straight up what the problem was and didn’t even charge me. Great place!

They are excellent at what they do. The fees are very reasonable. It's a great family business ran by an awesome mom and dad. I highly recommend them and wish them the best.

OK Auto did a great job! Replaced front control arm assemblies on 2014 Ford Escape. Communications from the front desk very clear and completed work on the day they said they would. Will use them again.

A little pricey. Was job would take 4 hours, but my friend told me to Google time a alternator required and it said 1.5 hors commonly 2 hours top. Was charged $400 .

I've been a customer for over 20 years. The owners Mr. and Mrs. Kim are definitely hands on and know their business. Their daughter and son complete this family business. 20 years and 7 cars later (yes sons take their cars here too) I'm still rocking with OK motors. Thank you Mr. Charlie for always keeping me on the road safely.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOPIt's the worst auto repair experience I've ever had. I had one part repaired there, but post-service, the car's temperature kept rising above the midpoint, and I noticed a leak underneath the car. Considering they had instructed me to return if any issues arose, I brought the car back. I explained the situation and shared insights from a friend knowledgeable in auto repairs who suspected that a used part might have been installed, potentially causing the leak while they were fixing. During this discussion, the owner, who is Asian, began cursing at us, questioning the source of our information and making derogatory remarks about a woman questioning his work. HOW RUDE. He demanded that I leave. Other staff members, possibly his family, joined in with similar offensive language. I was utterly shocked and at a loss for words. When I requested a refund, they said I would have to return the parts first. Such appalling service is truly unbelievable.
