I brought my RAV4 2023 banged out of roadkill to the shop and Paul cares about customer's schedule to meet their schedule. This team served the best quality as well and smooth all the process with Insurance. Reliable!

They did some insurance body work for me when my rear door and window were smashed by thieves. They did really solid work. Communication was pretty good but sometimes getting updates was tough as the lines were busy. I’ve sent friends there as well. Posted a before and after. It looks like it was brand new.

Bad customer service

The spanish guy at front desk have bad customer service and dont remember what he said. If you visit here and this guy tells you call back for anything, dont believe him he will never give you call back for any changes, first of all, i have washer pump problem and he said he will checj price for the part and call me back, and he never called me. I called on tuesday and he give me the price and he said it might takes to 2-3 hours to finish and maybe more, so he recommended to drop the vehicle and come back later to pick up, i clearly told him that i have to go to work and i will be wait. And he said he will ask techs and let me know. Never got a call. I went here in the morning and first thing he said to me "is you are dropping the vehicle right?"....Anyways i went another body shop and fix the problem, it was not the part after all, there was something in washer tank.Thanks to him i save money than he told me and i will never go this place.

My car had crazy amounts of damages over the years of continuous nonstop driving and some of the damages looked hopeless having dealt with a lot of accidents and other body shops before, i was skeptical at first but from the beginning to the end they went out of their way to help me figure out my car accident situation and everything else i couldnt get help with from insurance. They handled it with carw and never seen a better body job inside and out.
