I bought 2 i6000 office chairs & both have uneven arms. Let Serta know about it, they directed me to affiliate company. They sent replacement arms that were STILL uneven! Reached back out to Serta in a couple of different ways; they did NOT send me correction arms. They really didn't care that arms are not right.

Loading Dock 2459 Industry Ave Doraville GA is located on far Northeast side of Building on Ruins Way W, where it meets up with S. Rail Way, you will want to come around Building counterclockwise so you don't have to blindside into the dock area in pictured

I bought an Icomfort hybrid mattress that was so toxic I had to send it back because it was making very ill. After 2 1/2 months, I still can't go into my bedroom. Nothing has taken away the fumes.
