They call to explain medication, how to use it (shot form), side effects, and answer every question. The team cares and provides great customer service. They help with patient assist program and are accepted. Synergen is an awesome local specialty pharmacy that teaches patients about medication. Patients learned a lot about my medication, information my doctor should have given me but did not. It is the best pharmacy ever, customer service is perfect, and patients are treated like sitting in 1st class.
