The dread I feel when I order something and they only ship via UPS. 3 of my last 4 UPS deliveries have notes "rescheduled per receiver request". Requests I did not make. No one at customer service or tech support can tell me why this happens. My Live Christmas Centerpiece arrived at the Doraville Depot Dec 18th, it was delivered Dec 26th. Repeat this pattern twice more and I'm still waiting for a Dec package and I've got another package that's been sitting at the depot with two promises from the depot I would receive yesterday.

Lost a $5000 package after tracking shows it was in their possession for several days. Will not take responsibility and cannot get a call-back from any who will help.So it's 7 months later and they have lost another $5,000 package and didn't even try to find it before telling us to fill out a claim. We were told by a driver that it is easier for them to pay a claim and then take all packages that are unknown to their UPS store and sell the contents. When you have irreplaceable items that really makes the customer happy. Took 4 months to get claim paid last time. And hey, UPS, don't bother replying how sorry you are for the "inconvenience." Fix your broken system.

An extremely important document we were waiting for was never attempted to be delivered! With the tracking number they claim it was delivered AND SIGNED FOR !!!! They're liars! I know exactly where I was the time they SAY it was delivered and there were no deliveries... and I DEFINITELY DIDN'T sign ANYTHING. The last place was Doraville. We're afraid it was stolen by staff there and used for identity theft! We cannot file a claim as we are the "reciever" but we got zero notification of it being missing. They cannot track claims or complaints after 24 hours after shipment (which is ridiculous. You won't even know its missing before then! )

I will be contacting Doraville Police with regards toward the ongoing unresolved theft at this facility. UPS doesn't seem to handle it so hopefully law enforcement can deal with what's going on here.

I had an outstanding experience at the UPS customer center. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring my package was handled with care. The facility was well-organized, and the streamlined process made my visit quick and hassle-free. I appreciate the exceptional service and professionalism – definitely a five-star rating!

Gracious, courteous, friendly, above and beyond service. I always feel welcome and that the staff really values their customers. I had a representative go through extra mile to help me find a label needed for a very sensitive state government bound package. I was blown away with how well she tried to help me. I’ve had 3 other experiences with the staff on other occasions so it must be a great reflection of leadership. Keep up the good work! Your effort and commitment to superior customer service has not gone unnoticed.

if i could leave zero stars i would. my apartment area is super safe to drive in and i have to drive 30 minutes for this package to he picked up when i PAID for delivery services but they claim “the route is too dangerous to drive” thats crazy because every size UHaul and FEDEX , FURNITURE COMPANIES and any other UPS TRUCK from ANY OTHER LOCATION comes to my COMPLEX. This place is lazy and i want to file a formalcomplaint

Absolutely horrendous experience from top to bottom. Package was 3+ days late, and then when I said I would just come in to pick up the package since they couldn’t handle their basic obligation, I was told I would have to wait 2 hours for them to find it. Utilize any company but UPS
