She was very kind, took her time, and went through everything with me without making me feel rushed. Honestly, I could name everyone on the staff because it truly felt like a team effort. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care. It’s not often you leave a healthcare office feeling this positive, but Decatur Health & Wellness really stood out to me. I’m very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them!”

My only complaint is that if you call you seem to get poor customer service. Answers very short, little to no explanation, and literally was cut off and told goodbye because she said customers were in the store. HELLO I am a customer having someone come in to make my purchases. SMH I get customers in the store but at least give me the options to hold on or ask if I could call back, something other than poor customer service.”
