If you love your pets, please avoid this place!My appointment was at 9 o'clock. They say it takes 30 minutes to produce ultra sound. Even after 2 hours, no one said anything. When I asked to staffs later, they said it was finished over 30 minutes ago. However, it was a pathetic system that did not inform me, Time is gold! - the general manager showed substandard behavior. He unconditionally told me to pay first. Pay first..and showed ignorance by dragging my pet with a sore throat. He didn't show me the invoice and he told me can't talk to the doctor. Since I didn't pay, I couldn't show it and I couldn't see the doctor. I swear I will never go back to Well pet humane because it is the worst. I am astonished by the truly unacceptable attitude towards customers. I doubt whether he loves animals. The manager kept telling me to sit down, and when I told him I didn't want to sit because my back hurt, the manager started pacing back and forth frantically, so I told him to sit down please!, and he responded by saying that he had no choice but to hurt his back, which was really annoying. I paid $600+$870 in a week!Finally, I THINK "WELL PET HUMANE"IS UNPROFESSIONAL!

I am very disappointed with my last visit on January 9th.. The Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude.And the prices are not affordable anymore.Example : I was quoted $500 to have my dog neutered.

I put my Mackie down here so many years ago. I must have subconsciously blocked this group from my memory as a result because they were always everything I expected in a competent and compassionate vet. Had I remembered, I could have saved myself a small fortune while enduring years of sub par care, and neglect from former providers. I look forward to returning. I’m sure they are as great as they always were.

I had an appointment at 2:30 in the afternoon, which I rushed to 15 minutes early to save time, but the 2 people who showed up at 2:30 ended up going to see the vet first before us who went there 15 mins before appointment, which seemed very retarded and crazy. I don't wanna be rude but they're stupid. We waited half hour after my appointment with 3 cats. Don't you think that I have something else to do?? If the patient been there late they're gonna reschedule but what if the vet made us wait for 30 minutes?? What's your responsibility??? What you can do if you are late and make me wait?? I would love to don't give any star ZERO!

As a devastated dog owner who recently lost my beloved companion, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with WellPet Humane. The clinic's care has drastically declined since the change in ownership a couple of years ago. It's clear they prioritize profit over genuine concern for your pet, pushing unnecessary treatments until the very end. I urge pet owners to seek a more compassionate and pet-centric clinic during their difficult times.

If you love your pets, please avoid this place. I hate to speak ill of any business but there is no standard to be upheld. I get put on hold every time I call. I don’t know the actual wait time because I give up and hang up at 5-10 minutes. My precious golden retriever had a major surgery at this location less than a year ago. I wasn’t coming back after that, but thought I should follow up one more time since they knew his situation. The incredibly condescending vet with zero compassion had the audacity to ask me what his SURGICAL SCAR was from. Then he got defensive with me saying he didn’t have time to look at his records! I asked them to check him extra carefully to make sure there weren’t any other signs of cancer, but that clearly didn’t happen. My other dog had a cough that he didn’t address. He very blatantly told me I was wrong in the way I was caring for my dogs. A complete waste of time. It didn’t stop anyone from charging me a completely wasted $900 and my concerns for the welfare of my pets were eased in no way. I could never in good conscience recommend this place to ANYONE. I’ll never forget this day and I pray that the vet that “handled” our visit today treats others, especially those who can only have fur babies, with a little more humility, grace, and kindness because I left there feeling like a failure when all I care about is doing the best I can for them. Such a shame.

I too have been a long time client of WellPet, this is my 2nd cat. I placed an appt online, for 5pm. The receptionist asked me 3 times for my cats name. Checked in, and was informed they had no record of the appt, and had to re-enter, she asked about vaccines, but never requested proof. Referred to an exam room, where we waited for an hour for the Vet. She came in, no hello, or introduction, just started asking questions. Briefly examined my pet, found no problem w/lungs or heart. Referred to another DR, and given mild rx. I was charged $75.+ when I mentioned the income based rate, she stated that $75. is the price for all exams. While waiting (it's now 1 1/2 hours later) the Assistant brings in the rx w/instructions and impatiently tells me THEY'RE CLOSED!!!! I arrived early and waited for them, and she's irritated. I will not be going back to them.My previous pet had passed away, in 2018, they sent me a reminder in 2019 for an annual visit for him!!!!

As usual the whole staff was great. I got there at 8 am and was out by 8:30. The price was more than reasonable, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Boogalou loves coming here. She drags me in the front door.

Made an appointment for my kitten of 9 weeks that has been inactive for 3 days straight. I'm thinking she's sick or injured. Was called the day of, 2 hours before my appointment to see if I can reschedule for 2 days later because they don't think my kitten is sicker than than the ones they have scheduled. Extremely unprofessional. I missed a whole day of work for this appointment. At least they had the decency to call so I can find another vet today and not miss another day of work.
