I’m done buying trucks from here. Lost a good long time paying customer. Take truck in for repair after I buy it. They melted wires along the process and now it’s not covered under warranty. Just selling peoples problem trucks to another person. And after dealing with them all these years they don’t even know who I am or could care less. I’m nobody special but a loyal repeat customer..said electrical wasn’t covered even though I didn’t have electrical problems when I took it in for a sensor repair.. while it was at the shop there was other issues with the truck. Minor ones. They didn’t even care to fix those issues while it was under warranty. Another 40+k down the drain the second time

Literally one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Sold me a “used” vehicle claiming they had gone through the entire vehicle with their inspection and it was all clear.
Drove it a week began to have issues. Called the salesperson, Chris. He began to scream at me on the phone. Then began to send me text messages which I still have telling me how sorry I was and etc..
Finally got the dealership to fix the issues and honor the warranty they sold me. Only to start having issues several months later and ended up paying out of pocket to fix the vehicle because of how poor the experience was with the entire dealership.
They don’t care about the consumer they only care about themselves.

Was a pleasure dealing with Anderson GMC Drove 8 hours to pick up my truck. The deal they gave me was significantly better than anyone around my area. Austin and Walker were awesome to deal with. They answered my many questions and was very patient with me. If I ever buy another they will be my first call even 8 hours away

Matt and crew were very helpful and made the car buying experience so easy, which I greatly appreciated as I am 9 months pregnant and desperately needed a mom mobile. The next time I am in need of a vehicle, I could see myself making the drive to Douglas again.

Contact the dealership this morning looking to see how much a down payment in such would cost however the lady that answered the phone cut me off immediately would even let me speak and was just very rude.

Very professional good customer service they worked with me on a vehicle they purchased from me over all I was satisfied I do recommend if your looking for a car in the Douglas stop in they will meet your needs

Ran 8 credit checks on my credit. I mean what's the point working on my credit if they feel like they have the right to demolish it in one shot. I got the car, but really?? Was it even worth that?

I give this dealership 0 stars. 18 months ago we were looking for a truck and all they had was a van. Was going to leave until they told us in 6 months we could trade it for what we wanted. Now they're telling us that with the 26,000 dollar van we'd still have to put 10,000 down as well. I will never use another anderson dealership again. They lied to make a sale and now want alotto trade it in. No they deffinately cannot be trusted.

Was told parts would be open until 6 PM. Got there at 5:40 pm and they were closed. Pretty poor business practice. NOT VERY DEPENDABLE.
