Clean, quite and the owner/manager is so nice. This is the second time that I have rented a unit love the gate entry. When I'm in Douglas this is where I'll come for my storage needs.

The staff at the Douglas, GA location were on point! As a contractor, I rent multiple storage units in multiple states. Ines and here team were professional and courteous and had me in and out in minutes and the unit was cleaned and ready when I arrived. 5stars for sure!

Water marks on the rear wall of storage unit and mold/water damage to my furniture. Plus no pro-rated month even know we are moving out at the beginning of the month, if we wouldn't have paid on the first they would have locked my unit today. WTH people. Why charge me for a full month even know yalls unit was apparently leaking water. Rent due on the the 1st late after the 6....im moving out on the 7th, PRO-RATE?
