I will never be going back again. I went in for a soak off cause one of my nails ripped off and I was bleeding. So I went in to get the others removed. And he tried to convince me to put acrylic on my nail that’s bleeding when I told him I just want my nails to breathe. He proceeds to rip it off instead of soaking like I had told him. I had to stop him and let him know for the third time. I want a soak off so I don’t damage my nails. He goes on to say soak off takes to long and it’ll be a hour. I get soak offs on my gel x nails all the time and it has never took 1 hour. I told him that’s fine I’ll do the hour. He has my hands soaking in acetone for about 45 minutes before I had to get someone to call him back over here to check on them because he was somewhere in the back room. My fingers looked so bad soaking in acetone for that long. I left and paid without finishing because of his work ethic.

My first and last time! Nail tech, rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t even greeted by nail tech. Had a question regarding a color and was hush down to “Those are the only colors we have”. (The nail tech next to me offered to help. )Lady kept giving dirty looks, like she didn’t want to do her job! Was not asked if I wanted toenails cut and assumed herself I wanted them SHORT! Now I am left with SHORT/UNEVEN toenails!(Mind you I REFUSED to get a color). 15mins service for $40.00, ridiculous! Left this place with the most terrible experience, will not be back! Please hire people who enjoy doing their jobs and have better customer service.

Went in for gel nail polish and a pedicure and left because the girl acted like she didn’t want to work.It use to be so nice there and i always got good service until February 13,2025.It’s not the same no more.

Please do not go to this place!!! I have never in my life experience anything like this .This place gave me staphylococcus .In 09/24 , I went to this place to get a full set and a pedicure… I asked for a French manicure and pedicure which was horrible , but Im a firm believer in paying people for their work. After leaving the nail place I notice this one finger throbbing . I didn’t think much of it until the next morning … I woke up finger swole.. I never experience nothing like this so I didn’t know . By the second day I couldn’t move my finger and it was swole so big that I had to seek medical attention .i cut the nails off and went to the doctor . During the appointment the doctor drain my pus & provided me medical treatment . When leaving the doctor , I contacted the nail place. I spoke to the manager Michelle and her son. I was told that their lawyer would reach out to me just because I asked for a refund. & I didn’t mind coming by showing my doctor paper work , pictures and the medical treatment the doctor provided. Still to this day I haven’t received a call from the lawyer. I will be contacting the health department!

I see why this place is rated so low. I came because it was Sunday and the only place open. I said over and over that I wanted a regular pedicure with regular polish. When they brought my color, I asked is that regular? She said, yes then she brought out the UV light. I said regular polish does not require a UV light. Finally, the nail tech next to mine realized what I was saying and told them. I had regular polish on my toenails when I came in but they insisted that it was gel and charged me for gel even though they were able to remove it with regular remover and without soaking. This place is awful.

I got my nails done and the very next day one popped off. Day 3, I had 3 more loose nails and 2 missing mails. My nails looked horrible, the acrylic was thick and the polish bulky. I went back for a fix and the technician added glue to the bottom of my loose nails and repaired the missing nails . Within a week, I only had 4 nails remaining. I’ve never experienced this and this was my second time visiting this particular establishment. My nails were literally popping off if I just touched something. I will not be returning, nor recommending this establishment!!!!☹️

I will never return to this nail salon again. I went 2wks ago and got my nails done & they were uneven and out of shape. I paid & tipped anyway. A week after my nails started lifting from the bottom. The following week they all were bending 3 of them popped clean off. Fast forward to the 3rd week I went back and got a fresh set my nails are very thin it feels like I got on press on nails. I wanted mood changer gel nail & either they're out of the polish or the polish is too old. They still charged me $45 with no polish I paid anyway because I didn't want to cause a scene. I called in to speak with manager he offered to fix my nails & wanted to charge $10 extra. I'm very disappointed & will never return nor refer anyone to this establishment.

I had the best of the best pedicure and my nails are so beautiful. This was my first time coming here and it was an experience like no other. It was good to see my sistas doing they thing. I must say I was well taken care of and with such professionalism. Everyone was so nice, patient and very attentive to all my wants and my needs. The entire environment was amazing and I WILL be returning again with no hesitation.
