“I placed an order for 5 same day service photo books. Not long after the order, I received an email saying there would be a delay. I waited a couple of days to call. When I called, the girl told me they had received several large orders (4-5 books by a couple of different people) and they were out of the materials. I went into panic mode because I really needed my photobooks because there were gifts. The manager Michelle, employees Kendall and Olivia put their heads together to see how they could finish my order and they got it done. They went above and beyond to save the day!
