“I have a complaint. They quote you one price, but then charge more than $300 to your card; they claim they will refund the deposit later, but nothing ever happens. At the front desk, they never resolve anything, and there is never a manager present. This isn’t the first time—I travel to Douglas often, and this used to be my favorite place to stay (right next to the 1800), but I would like to know where I can file a formal complaint regarding this poor service.”

“Tracy , the most common night time front desk clerk , is amazing 👏🏻 🤩 ! My interaction with her made me come back thanks to her professional yet friendly service ... I used to go to a different hotel , but now I go to the Jameson thanks to her . I look forward to seeing her when I go ... P . S . I may have the incorrect name but she knows who she is 😘”
