The lady that did my taxes was fabulous. She was kind caring and I enjoyed working with her. But the price to have the taxes done is insane. It almost tripled from last year , so I probably won't go with h and r block next year

I Tried to have my taxes prepared for the 2021 tax year.My taxes are difficult as a non profit is involved.Although after 2 months of getting the run around from this company,and past the deadline,with no extension filed,Ive had no choice but to take my business elsewhere.No phone calls were EVER returned,nor was any information EVER garnered.IMO,one should use prudence when using this entity!

Never have any trouble with H&R Block. They are available all year for all your tax issues that may come up. Yes a little costly. But it's better than someone stealing my tax return, which has happened to me in the past.
