It's been over a month and a half without internet and I have contacted customer service several times and the outage in my area has been cleared but they told me the earliest they could get a technician to my home was the 14th of November which puts me even longer without internet and the sad part is we have a local Windstream store where I live and they still can't get a technician to come check my home or the service station down the road from my house. I contacted customer service on the 16th of November of 2024 because my technician rescheduled for the 27th on Nov and now that puts me even longer without internet. I was headed home from work one night and noticed vyve broadband have technicians still out working at 8 o'clock at night and to me that is said on Windstreams part because it makes them look bad.

I recently moved and had to decide on a new Internet provider. I am so happy with my choice and the prompt and courteous service that has been extended to me. Great value for my money as well!

I’ve been with them for years and never had a problem until yesterday I had an appointment for 2-3:00 the tech never showed I call they told me he was a the wrong location it was a lot of other things but then they said he was on his way he never showed he said he was calling me and I’ve never gotten a call nor email , normally they text and say their heading to your location I did receive anything very unprofessional, he need more training and shouldn’t be in the field , I have online classes an now I have to wait a whole week again bc k windstream lack of training their employees very disappointing

Absolutely terrible company. They expect you to continue to pay for internet even when it's been out for several weeks. It's been out 3 weeks now and the line is still on the ground. Trash company and customer service is terrible.

Dustin did a great job. He told me what he was going to do every step of the way, which was reassuring. He walked me through the setup and answered all my questions. He made sure I was up and running before he left, gave me his card and told me if I had any problems don't hesitate to call. I was quite pleased because I now had Internet access for the first time since September 24.

Two technicians worked on my TV and internet connection Sunday and Monday. Their names are Zach and Brayden, both from Texas, who have come to our area to help us after Hurricane Helene demolished our town as we know it. We are so thankful to their families for their work here to help get our internet system working. So happy I switched to Kinetic. The installer was very efficient and knowledgeable with the installation and very polite. The reception with the Kinetic Fiber Internet is awesome!

We recently had Ryan install fiber internet in our home. He was polite, knowledgeable, and trustworthy - Our cat who is afraid of visitors even ventured out to see him. He expertly drilled a hole through the wall for the wire, and he easily installed wall plates and Ethernet ports for a direct connection! The result looks very clean on our home office wall.
The team will be out soon to bury the line across our yard, but it is black and not very noticeable in the meantime. He intentionally left enough slack that mowing under it over the weekend will not be an issue.
Our new Kinetic fiber internet is much faster than what we’ve experienced over the past 2 years with our previous provider, and it is less expensive as well! Win-win!

I. Love Windstream. They are literally always about customer service. Ryan, Chad and Christopher are so AWESOME. They make sure they get the problem fixed as quickly as they can. I'm so glad they know exactly what's wrong in the first 5 Minutes they're there. A++++++++++++++++
