Definitely my favorite gym in Douglas. The staff are friendly. Other gym goers don't stare you down. There are plenty of machines to go around including treadmills and ellipticals. Large, roomy, clean, variety of machines.

I know some of you insanely nasty people like you lay in other people's sweat but when you are done can you wipe the tanning bed off. And it takes more than one spray and one wipe over people. You can go home and gross it up all you want but keep it at home. Thank you

A happy atmosphere, judgement free zone, everybody is there to get into shape, and if your lucky, you'll make some friends and you can end up helping out each other. I highly recommend Peak Physique if your in the Douglas/Coffee County area.

In the mornings it's normally less people .later in the evening it's more but u can still workout. It's only 24.95 to join and you don't have to have a checking account. Pay for the months you workout ??
