Went in to purchase a 125 gallon aquarium and stand, fluval fx6 and fluval fx4 filters and various treatments for water. When I asked about getting the tank they sent a guy up that was obviously in a bad mood. Stated that the tank was too big to go in the back of a 2024 Yukon xl will all the seats down ( little over 7ft 8 in) which I replied it would fit bc the tank is only 6ft, then proceeded to tell me that he was going to take a lunch and would load it after. Very unprofessional. Lost 1500-2000$ sale because he was being a douche at. Pet smart will never get a penny from me again

Drove 25 miles to this store. Got there 30 minutes before closing. Door was closed and lights were on. Manager came to door and stated they were closed because of the storm even though stores next door were open with customers. Another incident months ago where I was shopping in the same store and needed to use the restroom. I asked where it was located and the manager told me they were closing. This was 15 minutes before the posted closing time.

Said it would take 1 to 3 hours to groom dog came back 4 hours latter and they had just started took them 5 and a half hours

Terrible customer service…employee by the name of Denise was very rude.. never have I experienced a visit into any store with this type of customer service this was my first time going to this location and my last! Trevor the manager kindly stepped in and handled the situation very professionally as far as Denise she needs to be somewhere other than dealing with customers..my worst experience ever I work in customer service on a daily and no matter if I’m having a bad day or not it would never show in my work ethic I know it’s a challenge sometimes dealing with the public but the attitude she engaged me with should never be tolerated ! I called HR and I’m awaiting a return call now from general manager also may I add I’m 48 years old and I’ve never ever posted a poor review toward any one or any store prior to this one! Inexcusable!!!

Very understaffed and overbooked for grooming. The groomers were working very hard but after waiting over 4 hours there seemed to be no urgency in completing my pet as I sat there an hour and listened to him howl in the back. I just wanted to take him and go. He needed to pee. I understand good help is hard to find so maybe they shouldn't overbook. This stresses out the animal and their owners.

Rude people. The manager couldn't ring up an item asking me for the price...I gave it to her and she said she couldn't ring it up. I sad never mind I don't need it. She proceeded to throw the can down ring me up and throw my bag on the counter mumbling some nonsense. Total disrespectful! She was the manager!
