$6 to get a label printed when it cost $0.15 at the library , there prices are absolutely ridiculous I’m really surprised they lasted this long . $5.00 email fee and $1 printing fee .

Make sure your package is well taped! I was charged an additional $7.02 just add a couple of pieces of tape to my package.
They may have made an additional $7.02 dollars but they have lost a fairly regular patron for life. It wasn't really the extra cost, it was the aggravation.

I have been very impressed with the entire staff. All of them are very professional and courteous. I have used them several times, including getting my photo for renewing my passport and shipping out packages. I didn’t realize that they can notarize documents also. Don’t hesitate to use their services.
