No compassion for patients that have passed with a terminal illness. Only worried about money. At some point, compassion has to come before money. Refusing services after someone has been deceased 3 days for “legal reasons.” I would rate ZERO stars, if possible. Chuck Sims is rude and has NO compassion.

We're not comforting during bereavement, in fact several employees were rude. Was not informed as to what papers were being signed. Was pressured into signing under duress. I don't recommend this place if you are grieving, as they show no compassion for the family.
