They have a very high turnover rate, the branch manager is totally indifferent towards customers. He has a very poor attitude, such as that's something you can do nothing about,when you do not agree & ask for a explanation . Poor poor attitude

The "Truist Financial" down the road is scamming people calling and asking for bank information...we live in Florida.

I’m about to go to a different bank! I have to wait 1-2 hours everytime I make a deposit because they are just so slow and then I finally get my check for my income tax money and they put a hold on it as soon as I deposit it!
