Not a happy customer. I could have went to town and gotten letters and let my grandchildren stuck them on my stuff and it would have looked better. I stood there and spelled a word for them and still not right. This was supposed to have been some special gifts and I'm ashamed to let the grandchildren give them as gifts. Learned my lesson as an expensive lesson. And not to be happy about it. Won't be going back.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. They screw up an order and no initiative to try to make it right, basically was told oh well and to go about my day. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I had a pop-up event to do at the last minute. This company help me to accomplish my new business. They made temporary business cards in less than a week. Also made me a banner. I will recommend this business to anyone. Thank you. I have since ordered custom masks, T shirts, and business cards.

Denise Lindsey was the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. I walked into the store and she was full on sobbing about some guy named willie. So I was very nice to her due to her emotional state, I didn’t expect the same in return but she was completely awful and acted as if me being there was a complete inconvenience. Not what you’d expect walking into a t-shirt shop.

So i ordered 6 shirts for disney on june 3. 2 adult grey tank tops and 4 childs white tshirts. Basic Mickey ears and names.Well called fri to see if i could pick them up early bc i was in douglas and was told they would for sure be ready monday. Well i walk in today at 2pm and the girl says they are still waiting on the shirts to come in. Take your business elsewhere if you have a time frame to stick to.

THIS SHOULD BE A ZERO STAR REVIEW!! This place won't care about you or their community, they're just money hungry. Ordered a shirt because they didn't have it in my size, was told it takes up to 5 business days. 14 days later still no call. Call Ms. Denise or whatever the owner's name is, says she called a week ago to say it's "on back order for 6 weeks". Ask for my money back and she says there's a $25 restocking fee for a shirt that's not even at their store or on its way. Yet, it happens to show up and be ready for pick up a week later.This business does not work well with other local businesses or people in the community. I was going to order shirts for my whole office but after this I won't step foot in there again.

After speaking to a nice lady on the phone who was asking my order for 8 shirts, another person just got on the phone without asking me any info and said that they were unable to to do it.
