I love it! Very nice gym with well maintained equipment. I love that it's very quiet with no loud music, and very clean! Everyone that works here is so nice and helpful. This will be my gym from here on out.

From Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is a family friendly fitness facility offering Wellness Coaching, Personal Training, Activelinxx Training, Nutrition Counseling, Weight Loss Management, and Group Fitness Classes.
SilverSneakers is accepted at the facility to include a guided training program and SilverSneaker Classes.
The Wellness Center also offers an Phase II Cardiac Rehab Program for heart patients. A Physicians referral is required and is covered by most insurance carriers.
The Wellness Center is now open 24 hours with specific staffed hours of operation.
