Horrible and very rude I spent 3500 on what was supposed to be a brand new transmission and they not only didn’t put the transmission in right but I took the vehicle to a different shop and AAMCO didn’t even replace my transmission mounts
Be very cautious when dealing with this place it’s in Douglas and they are VERY RUDE to people of color

Please be sure to check your engine oil upon pick up of your vehicle at this establishment. It is necessary to drain the engine oil (yes) in order to replace a transmission. However, if not replenished upon repair…You will have a locked ENGINE if you do not realize the oil has not been replenished from the drainage that was done to complete the TRANSMISSION repairs. Thank you

Please do not take your car here. I had a transmission put in and my car went back up there 3 times. Now my warranty is over and my transmission is still acting up. I wasted 2,800$ and my car is still not fixed. Go anywhere else beside there

Robbie was INCREDIBLY a lot of things came up with my car the left me pretty frustrated but Robbie was kind and patient and in the end gave me car back in better shape than it was when I first bought it ! Thank you Robbie!

Do not bring your vehicle here to be worked on. My truck has sat here since December 2022 with no resolution to getting my engine reinstalled after having paid for having the engine fixed. Several of my parts of my vehicle have been sitting out in the rain since December as well. They’re unprofessional and are unwilling to do anything to resolve this matter. I have gotten a lawyer involved and have reported them to the BBB.
