I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collision in Douglasville. The ladies at the front desk Johanna, Randalyn and Samantha were so nice and welcoming. Robert was a great service advisor. He communicated with me every step of the way. My car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend them.

Caliber took care of the problem I dropped it off for, but didn’t address any of the issues that (I feel) were sustained during their repair. I picked my car up and called less than 15 mins after feeling my car wasn’t driving normally, they told me to “go through my insurance if I have any other concerns” by the manager.
