The maintenance man at the RV park called JR a Bandito. ?☠️
Such disappointing service. My generator was mal functioning with a high frequency code….and this guy said I needed to replace the entire unit.
During a drive through Georgia, my generator started acting up and I needed it to work properly for the AC unit for my pets. He said it wasn’t fixable and after a short phone ☎️ call with my hometown RV repair technician a few days later…I was guided to make the necessary adjustments that got me home to Texas with a functioning generator.
Addition to his bad advice, his mobility is very very compromised. In the 20 minute service call, he nearly fell multiple times and he was not able to knell down to work on the generator without the assistance of a metal chair and my support. He struggled to move in general and his right arm was compromised.
He charged $155 to stumble around for 20 minutes and provide incorrect advice. I was in a challenging situation and he added to the difficulties.
Sharing feedback to save someone else from making my mistake especially if it is a critical situation.

Do not use this guy he ripped me off $$650 and repaired nothing, I ended up doing it myself, I told another guy what it was doing and he told me what to do and I repaired it myself for $55!!!

I was asked to write a good but FALSE review of JR business. JR said business do this all the time to get their rating up. The other review that was left is a friend of mine(Angie) and we both know JR personally. We were both asked to write good but FALSE reviews. Neither one of us have a RV and know nothing about them. After listening to JR talking on the phone i asked him about the phone call he said that sometimes business pay someone to put good but false reviews online. Jr said he paid the person he was talking to on the phone somewhere between $1,200 - $1,500 to put good but false reviews on his website. He has more than one website one he uses lower cases letter and the other he uses some upper case letters. There are 2 reviews(JR and Sarah) that is the owner and his wife --Is It not a conflict of interest to write a review of your own company and have your wife to write a review also?(they got removed) This is not meant to hurt his business just being honest with review. Again everything that is in this review is NOT MEANT TO HURT HIS BUSINESS JUST BEING HONEST. Wish him and his business well. Just being honest.

I have a class c motorcoach and my refrigerator and generator went out. I called and they promptly showed up. He's curtious and very reasonable. So thankful our vacation was saved thanks to him. Highly recommend him.
