The customer service is very poor here! Don’t waste your money here. Even when I tried to ask for help I had to look up the part otp myself. They were very nonchalant and shameless. Let me add it was 6 workers who could have assisted.

I went to the Hospital Drive location for a new low beam bulb for my headlight. Having very little knowledge surrounding car maintenance/repairs, I was nervous about coming in by myself, but Megan and Tee made me feel very comfortable. Tee took my budget into consideration and helped me find the exact bulb I needed with no judgment. Megan expertly installed the new bulb and helped me check to make sure it was working perfectly. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Hate to do it, but I asked for a part I found in stock online. That's specifically why I went to the particular location. But when the "counter person" is being short and looks at me like I'm crazy when I ask for a part and they tell me they "done haaa dat" I'm going to knock a few stars. Overall not bad. Corrected said employee and got my part so the family could get back on the hwy. HAPPY EASTER Y'ALL!

Karlin was the only person that helped me today when I entered this location.While others walked away. He was very professional, and helpful. He helped me find the battery for my vehicle. He also offered to put the new battery in my vehicle. In which he did! He took the old one and put the new one in fast with precision. 10/10 recommend him.

We came here today because of a problem with our car. It was one of the best service we received in America. They solved our problem, and even if it wasn't solved, we owe them a big thank you for their attention. Michelle, Megan and Tee, if you read this, thank you very much for your smiling faces and care. If we have a problem again, we will choose this place without thinking, we recommend it to everyone.

Again. Customer service was good. This is the second time today, that this same part was used/damaged and being sold as new. This box was completely torn open and the part had cracks from prior installation, which someone didn't use correct torque specifications. It's not exceptable Autozone! Something needs to be done. This should not be present at #1 store, let alone #2 in the same area. This makes Douglasville stores, look really bad!

The infamous "Check engine light" ....
I called and they told me to come in they would check the system. Arrived and immediately a friendly associate asked if I needed help. Explained my dilema and got she the Diagnositic Reader.
We went outside to the car and ran the test.
Boom! The Thermostat code came up.
She even gave me a printout of the results.
All this at NO charge!!!!.
Thank you Auto Zone great to know customer service is still a blessing.

I came to AutoZone because something was wrong with my battery. Triston W. was the sales associate who helped assist me and he was friendly and worked fast and diligently. He was able to swap my battery out quickly with no issues. He also determined that my check engine light was on because of my battery issue. After it was swapped out, my engine light went out. Great service!
