David was phenomenal! He was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I came in. He was able to help me immediately with finding the car battery that I needed. Then he was able to put the battery in for me as well! David went above and beyond for me as the customer. Cleaned off my case and battery(had battery acid on it). He wanted to make sure that I was BEYOND good to go! I feel very safe on the road thanks to David A!

Ordered parts online, naturally they weren't the correct ones. So, these guys saved my bacon. Car was already apart when I discovered the faux pas, Auto zone had them before 6 so we could get it back together and running better. Thanks y'all for that save

I went there this morning to diagnose a check engine light and to buy oil /filters. Michelle (not sure about her name but she said she was the manager) told me she was unwilling to diagnose the check engine light because she had a conference call that was about to start. Can you believe this? Anyway, I told her that I doubt her boss considers conference calls more important than helping customers and that it only takes 30 seconds to diagnose the check engine light. She immediately raised her voice at me and started whining about being the only one there. She refused to help me with anything. When I said that I wanted her name because I was going to complain about her, she started loudly yelling at me, claiming that she was the only one who showed up and how dare I complain because.... the conference call. I was shocked. I've been going to this Autozone for years and years, and I've never been treated this poorly or been yelled at. It is not like there were many other customers in the store overwhelming her. I was the only one there! Such disgusting behavior is unacceptable, even more so coming from a manager. If conference calls are more important than customers, then Autozone has a big problem on their hands. And they should get rid of any managers who fail to help customers and then yell at them.

I don’t know how your employees are trained but they need more. I called asking for axles for my car. I was told the hub store had multiples of each. I made the 1.5 hour drive (3 hour round trip) to find out that they had to be special ordered. Your employees need to learn how to do their jobs correctly so they don’t waste peoples time and gas. This is not the first time. Your job is not hard. Must be picking your employees from the bottom of the barrel.
