I don’t know how your employees are trained but they need more. I called asking for axles for my car. I was told the hub store had multiples of each. I made the 1.5 hour drive (3 hour round trip) to find out that they had to be special ordered. Your employees need to learn how to do their jobs correctly so they don’t waste peoples time and gas. This is not the first time. Your job is not hard. Must be picking your employees from the bottom of the barrel.

Just had the most amazing service at auto zone on Ridge Road. David A., was kind and had good conversation while he installed my battery. I just moved to the area and I’m glad to find such great service at this location

Had to buy a part for my car and that's not good to have to do never but I had a girl named Michelle Terrell who helped me and she was such a help that it made it not so bad and wouldn't mind coming right back here to the same place and have the same people help the next time I need anything for my car

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but in this case I'm compelled to. I bought a transmission filter for my GMC Envoy and I made a mistake and ordered the shallow pan filter instead of the deep pan. When I realized I had the wrong one I just went online and ordered the correct one. So tonight I go to return the incorrect filter and have they proceed to tell me that there is no gasket in the box and the incorrect filter is in there. This is exactly how I received the product from the store! I give the them the gasket from the 2nd filter because I already had an OM gasket that I used and they still refuse to refund me for filter #1 which they sold me!!! With no gasket and apparently the incorrect filter!!! YOU sell me the wrong thing and tell me I just have to keep it??? I can't wait to share this experience with my friends and business associates, because I promise that $20 filter you would not take back that YOU screwed up in the first place will be very costly!

Emma helped me narrow down my problem with my TLX to be my starter. David helped me through my purchase and core return. Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Most part stores don't treat me as a woman who knows anything about vehicles and parts. They respected me and helped me without hesitation and were eager to help me rule out what they could with equipment they had on hand. Thank you Emma and David.

Poor customer service stood in line waiting for assistance “Michelle” never acknowledged me as I stood there. Customer service is a thing of the past a simple “I’ll be with you shortly” works well if they would simply use it.

Recently I've been on a DIY spree with car maintenance and routine repairs. Autozone has access to tons of after-market parts from reputable manufacturers in house or by order for reasonable prices. Staff members are personable and knowledgeable. In addition to retail sales they also provide courtesy battery testing and replacement (Purchase of a new battery required).

David was the best! He helped me change my rear light bulbs and I was ever so grateful.He educated me on how to expand my light bulb life. I was doing it all wrong. He was so helpful and very patient. He needs a promotion and a raise. David you rock!!!!

Michelle T. was an an angel last night. I got there right after they closed, but she let me in to grab cans of fix a flat. So gracious and kind to let me in, knowing it was an emergency. I can’t explain how appreciative I am that she was there to help me. Talk about above and beyond customer service.Thank you, Michelle.

David A. Is always the best. Very very tentative to explaining the things that needs to be done to fix my car.. 2 Thumbs Way up , once again since I can’t do another one I will just add,this AutoZone is ahead of the game. With the heat they are still showing patients and David one again stepped up to the plate. I praise GOD for this crew,thank you Lord.
