They DO NOT HAVE GROOMING SERVICES. EDDIE HAS MADE IT CLEAR. Very rude on the phone for no reason. I understand it can be frustrating having people call for a service you don't have at this location when the website states otherwise. But, rudeness is unnecessary. That is all.

Awesome place! we left our grandmothers ring there on accident, they could have easily kept it, but they found it and gave it back to us the next day.

It's a great pet store with more natural and healthier options for your pet's food than a traditional chain store. Everyone who works there is accommodating and friendly. If you have questions or need, just ask them, they WILL help!

They are very helpful and professional. I bought some treats and a toy. The toy did not function properly and it was a no hassle return. I will be back for any future needs I may have for my dog Vee

Service & products have gone DOWN HILL since 2021, products often out of stock, wash room closes 3 hours early, entire environment of the store is poor/bad….. let Hollywood feed takeover & give d-ville a better pet place! Miss the old employees who knew customers by name & very welcoming…. Not the same store.

Veryyyy unprofessional manager named Susan. It was my first time in the store so I needed more assistance then the average customer and she was so unhelpful. I was the only customer in the store so you would think after I told her it was my first time she would offer her assistance to help me find only two specific items. She acted as though I was inconveniencing her and said more than once how she has a schedule to make. Since when does making a schedule come before assisting a first time customer? She kept sayin I’m on a deadline well Susan you should have allotted more appropriate time to complete your schedule instead of on the customers time. That’s not even something you say to a customer. Serious lack of customer service and failed to realize without customer there is no schedule to make. She was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked questions about the products I was looking for and I think the district manager and or owner need to have a serious change on who is managing this store. Worst experience in a retail store in years!

We are visiting family in Ga and drove 14 hours from San Antonio, Tx with our Dachshund puppy. We love checking out different pet stores and this one is definitely one of our top favorites now. They have awesome and healthy selections and I even found some things I have been unable to find in many other stores. The employees were welcoming and helpful. I wish we had one of these near our home in Texas!!

Christine was so helpful and so kind! My dog currently has a sore paw and I came in the shop looking for anything to help him. Christine came out and gave me a full breakdown of their CBD products and it's clear she's very knowledgeable about all the ingredients, which was reassuring. I got super emotional because my lil guy is in a lot of pain. She was super supportive and kind and treated me like a friend even though I just met her! She asked me to bring my dog to the store and she took the time to really give us good advice and took my concerns seriously. I appreciate her not trying to push a product at me or make a sale, but that she actually cared about my baby dog and wanted to give us the best information. She's very compassionate and super friendly! Also, my dog loves the treats there! The staff there are very friendly and prioritize the health and happiness of all pets! Update: my lil guy is doing a lot better and I think it was because of her recommendation to soak his paw!
