When did Best Buy become so complicated? You have to be put on a waitlist in order to be helped. But to figure that out, you have to wait for 30 mins at the laptop section and when you get tired of waiting, you have to go look for somebody, wait for them to finish telling their coworker about their weekend plans and then instead of helping, they inform you about the waitlist. On a busy Saturday, there were only two associates on the floor who can help you and another two associates who were just hanging out chatting with the sign up guy. They don’t have many of the items they sell on display so they show you photos online ??? I ended up spending my money at another store. Oh and why is the person at the door there? He didn’t greet customers or tell them that they have to be put on a waitlist if they need assistance. He was just chatting with a co-worker. Not going there anymore.

The store is fine, but they don't have enough people staffing it. Had an online pick-up and ended up waiting in line for nearly half an hour. They were using the pick-up lanes for returns and regular purchases. Next time, I will just get delivery.

It took us a minute or two to find help, which I attribute to my husband's lack of trying, but once we did get help, they were wonderful! We had help in security cameras and the sale associate was very knowledgeable. And then our cashier was so polite and friendly- which after the seeing the line of people, is amazing. They were busy.

The store isn't well stocked and the inside looks old and unwelcoming. The staff was ok.

I went to exchange an item I received for Christmas. The process was easy. The item I wanted was not in stock. They ordered it and had it sent to my house. The associate was very helpful.
