I have been dealing with David and his team for the past 5 yrs and frequently over the past 2 yrs, and the experience has always been exceptional. The team are responsive and just great people. Take note I live in Australia, and to have someone I can trust for parts and advice on my prized mercedes 230 sl pagoda on the other side of the planet is a great relief. Awesome work Buds Benz ?

On time shipping was nice. The parts, however, are not. Sheetmetal patch panels fit HORRIBLY!! Obviously made in China. Took an extra week just to get the to fit.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I have had the displeasure of dealing with this business twice, and both times I had a horrible experience. Most recently they refused to help me because they said they couldnt find the part. I did a quick google search and found the part (in regualtion with my car's specs) on Amazon for $30. They are extremely rude, unaccomodating, and overall JERKS! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Electrical

Just OK. They're very pricey and the manager/owner had to be reminded to send me a quote about my car. An alternator cost $725 is absurd. They are way overpriced. Keep it moving. ?

Contacted about restoring my 280SL. I was told that I would be placed on their waitlist. Communication was terrible and dates came and went. Then, I was told that my name dropped off the list and needed to be placed on the list again. Over 2 years in total. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. They don't care about your business.

I had a complex issue with my 1982 singe family owned Mercedes 240D. David responded quickly. After some phone tag because of my schedule I was able to speak to him today. He gave me very clear instruction of what typical surrounding issues and therefore replacement parts and labor would be for my 280,000 mile transmission. He was able to give me options of having it fixed and offered a very reasonable plan B if i did not go that route(of sale vs part out the car per my question). I love honest, direct people. He gave me exactly what I requested. Note: i was referred to Bud's Benz from a Mercedes tech from another shop. I recommend and say a huge thank you to David and Bud's Benz. . worst customer service ever!!!!! not reliable. I made an appointment and I called the day before to confirm. The woman acted confused as how or why I had an appointment. She the proceeded to put me on hold then made up a lie that she called me and my phone didn't ring she was trying to tell me they had to cancel my appointment. As a business why don't you send a text or email??? or try multiple times to call me. I called her just fine and she called me just find the following day. I rescheduled the appointment and was told to bring my car at 8:30am . I called the morning of to confirm. I was maybe 5-10 min late. it was 10:15 and my car still wasn't seen yet. and the reason was because I said I was dropping my car off and waiting on a ride. What does that have to do with why its been almost 2 hours and my car wasn't seen yet. The woman on the phone told me " I tell everybody to drop off their car at 8:30.You should have just been honest that you don't take appointments and we might not get to your car til later. I then asked can the mechanic call me when he is done with the car he was working on and I would bring my car back up there being that I live 5 min away. She said no that would take me out of line. Then I asked to speak to the manager & he told me he wouldn't talk to me and was rejecting my service. He didn't even care to hear my complaint or understand why it was frustrating and upsetting to get such piss poor service.
