Auctions are great! Just need to pay attention on what you bid on and the status of the item.. The people here are great and always willing to help.

People hype up this place more than what it really deserves. If you shop around, you can get brand new items at lower prices than what is sold here..I wasn’t at all impressed with just looking through boxes of bins of someone else’s used or returned items to purchase. It just wasn’t my thing…,I just went with someone because they wanted to go to see what it was all about, but my money could be spent much better elsewhere.

A phone number would be nice so I would know the days and prices for what day.

Buggy busters is not for anyone who is unable to stand. If you are in a wheelchair you can forget it .. the bin tables are too high to reach to even look at anything .. I was highly disappointed

I have never had a bad experience that wasn’t easily remedied.
I really recommend the auctions! Make sure to come to previews on Wednesdays and Saturdays for the warehouse auctions! And with the ABC auctions if the item ends up being wrong or damaged they will refund you before you leave the room.
I mainly stick to ABC auctions. The team always tries to be accommodating and attentive to us customers!
This is not somewhere you can act entitled! The workers here are people too, and they are only there to enforce policies that they are held to. I’ve seen multiple times where people have gotten out of pocket with these workers. And I applaud the workers! Because I would NOT be able to deal with people in my face all the time.
We have to remember as customers that this is a liquidation store and not everything is going to be brand new. As long as you communicate with the workers there they will take care of you.
I went into the bin room on 10/11/2025 and the price was $11 per item and they had some good stuff!! You really have to go see for yourself! The team there were really kind and answered all my questions.

It's a fun place to visit, especially in Fridays, which I can't generally do due to wifi schedule.
Each day starting Saturdays, the stuff available becomes cheaper. Friday, today, it was down to 67 cents an item.
Great time to buy things you would not normally want, since it's so cheap worst comes to worst you end up needing to pitch it.
It's pretty cramped with so many people looking through the bins, but you can find some very cool stuff for basically nothing.
Highly recommend.

I'm leaving 2 stars ONLY because of ONE out of 4 employees that I encountered. This was my very first experience with the Buggy Busters auction and my first time inside their "store"...or should I say SUPER cramped TINY section of an otherwise very large retail location. The price for anything in the bins were $3, which is stupid considering most of it was trash and I could find the other half at the dollar tree for 1/2 the price, in new condition. Other than 1 or 2 customers, everyone in there was EXTREMELY rude and would literally block you for even looking inside a bin. Then the one employee checking out was extremely rude. She never smiled, acted like I was inconveniencing her conversation with a regular customer, walked away after I paid to talk to the customer some more, then, walked back and handed me my receipt. I had to take 2 bags and bag my own stuff. Then when asked where to go for an auction pick up, she said "that depends". I waited, then said Depends on what? She said on your type of auction. I just stared. I said "I'm new, this is my first experience with this establishment, can you please elaborate on what you mean" This girl rolled her eyes then said it's on your invoice. I didn't even know I had an invoice because they automatically deduct payment from your card when the auction ends. so I pulled it up and told her what it said and she just pointed behind her. When I raised my eyebrows, she huffed and said "outside to the left". So...I drive over there, hope out of my car, happily trott up to the little desk inside the warehouse and said "Hi! This is my first time with your company, I won an auction and I'd like to pick it up please" The woman looked at me, no smile and said "Do you have an appointment" I was thoroughly confused and said no, I wasn't aware that I needed one because everything I read simply stated that pick up days are Friday and Saturday. I asked if there was any way to make an exception since they are not busy and I'm about 30 minutes away and can't make it back. She flat out told me "make an appointment" So I turned around and walked back to my car when a gentleman walks up, asks me my invoice number and said "there's no reason we can't give you your order, hang on". I was very thankful for him and this establishment is very lucky to have him. The rest of their employees are just flat out rude and couldn't care less about their customers.
I MIGHT try one more time with the auctions, but I just don't know. You are literally bidding on boxes with no idea of the condition of what's inside (3 of my 4 items are damaged) and there's no refund. Also, starting bids are $10, NO MATTER WHAT which is insane when the items they are auctioning is only $20.
There's so much potential for this business, but the way they are conducting business is subpar at best.
