2 cashiers with workers on the floor, we stood in line for 25 minutes, and the cashiers had no purpose of hurry what so ever. This place needs to clean up the store and make the employees at least speak to us customers not one employee has asked for help or even greeted the customers in line. Get it together Burlington your losing business

I couldn’t shop. One all the carts were broken and the place was a total mess!! 12/28 I came on only to add the photos from last week. I want to go to Burlington today 12/28/25 and will see if they cleaned up, otherwise I go to Marietta to shop.

Love this place always over stocked on goods! Gold mine for gifts of all kinds. It's a must go. Always find so much. So many kid toys and accessories.

I usually enjoy bargain shopping, and carebear hunting, but this Burlington location was a disappointment. The store was messy and unorganized, with items scattered everywhere and no real sense of where anything belonged. It was also loud and chaotic, which made it hard to shop comfortably.
I was surprised to see that many everyday items like deodorant, body wash, and Q-tips were actually more expensive than buying them brand-new at regular stores. Definitely not the deals I expected.
To top it off, there were only two cashiers, and I ended up waiting 15 minutes just to check out three small items. The line barely moved, and it felt like the store was understaffed.
Overall, it wasn’t worth the time or money. I hope they improve the organization and pricing because right now, it’s not giving discount-store vibes at all.

I only come here if I have two hours to sift through unorganized chaos and an additional 30-40 minutes to wait in line. Good grief.

Enjoyed my shopping but really annoyed with waiting 30mins in line waiting to be checked out. They had only two young cashiers that were doing their best until finally a customer complained and another “employee” popped out. I will not be returning to this location!

The store is TRASHED
NO ASSOCIATES AVAILABLE TO HELP ASSIST & THE LINE STAY WRAPPED past the maze & around the store.
I left & returned 4 hours later...still a line!

Spoke with Mgr Desmond in reference to the 2 cashiers vs 25/30 customers waiting in line he offered no solution. A Mgr that wants to see his store flourish would have stepped in & opened a register!!

Update: Store was fully stocked and I can't wait for a good payday to come back and buy clothes! Lol.
Maaaan.... I can drop money in this store.... I can drop money at HomeDepot too but this store sure loves my money! lol.
