“Visited this location in Douglasville and was highly satisfied. Daniel and Chris were superb!!! Daniel met me as I was paying for my wash and explained each package deal and actually convinced me to start a membership. My main objection was the distance and he explained there is one not to far from where I stay. While vacuuming my car they both walked over and started cleaning/shining my tires. Chris (manager) stated he seen them and felt it could be better. Wanted me to leave completely satisfied. If you haven’t tried this location I suggest you do. OH AND THE VACUUMS ARE THE BEST!!!”
“I first tried this place in 2019 and have never looked back. As a single women (who sometimes fear automotive service companies may try to take advantage), I can honestly say this place gave me T-H-E best vibes from day one!
I was just there yesterday, but not for any services. I'd recently had an incident with my car and knew something was wrong/ different with the way it was driving. David took a look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. Not only did he explain to me in detail what the problem was, David took the time to provide a website to order the parts I needed, gave me a guesstimate of the parts and labor, AND recommended a couple of nearby service providers.
I left feeling much less anxious and empowered to pursue the repair on my own. David even said that if I need help with anything we went over OR if I don't receive great service from the places he recommended, let him know because he takes his job seriously, especially when he puts his name on the line with referrals.
People...I haven't received that level of top notch customer service in a long, long time. As a customer, I didn't leave there simply satisfied, but delighted!!”

While we did our best to clean and improve its condition, it's important to note that an older vehicle with significant buildup may not achieve the appearance of a brand-new car, despite our best efforts.
We dedicated two hours to your vehicle, working professionally and thoroughly. Unfortunately, the pre-existing condition of your car limited the results we could achieve. We strive to provide the best service possible and appreciate your understanding.

“Clememt was working the front of the line. And this gentleman scrubbed most of the dirt off the front and back of my truck. The most effort I have ever seen of a mister car wash employee. However, he missed a spot on the tail gate. When I pulled into the vacuum, Kim noticed it and came over and cleaned it herself. The very best service I have ever received from any car wash.”
“Pretty good prices, gets my car clean and dry and it's close for me. Tip: pull out very slowly when the light turns green so that your vehicle does more evenly. The gentlemen who run this establishment are good businessmen.”
