Very last time I’ll be purchasing anything from CVS and thank Victoria for that. I walked up to the register and was told to use the self check out because the register was close. I told her I don’t like the self checkout because I usually have trouble. So I tried and was unsuccessful. She came to assist me. Guess what she also had problems. She eventually had to void everything out and go to the register. WOW who was right me or Victoria. Even though she’s an employee I’m not. I’ve never applied for a job there. How am I suppose to know what to do and she couldn’t do it herself. Ridiculous if a customer doesn’t want to use the self checkout they shouldn’t be forced to. Point made your own employee couldn’t do it. Sad you definitely lost me as a customer. You need to listen to your customers. Please don’t try to contact me. Our business relationship is broken and done.
