The pharmacy—Not the nicest people that answer the phone, the company must not care about how they appear. They deliberately put their phone to voicemail. I will try another pharmacy.

So I have been in the drive through for 15 minutes. No one has been waited on. The only progress is when the first car I. Line just gave up and left.

This pharmacy is probably the worst I've ever dealt with. I'd rate them a one except by law of averages they get things right at times. But, long lines, mistakes on refilling important medications and the I don't care attitude of one female pharmacist has me changing pharmacies.

This store had a rating of 1.9, cancel their old profile and created another. Horrible customer service. Horrible pharmacy team. No problem with the front store. Problem are all in the pharmacy. The drive-thru is closed every weekend. I blame the corporate team for not coming to overhaul this store. I transferred my prescription to the Walgreens down the street today. The last straw was being on hold to 30+ minutes. I had time to drive to the store, get in the drive-thru line and still not get successfully served. Something has to be done!!! What hurts is I use to be a pharmacy tech with the organization years ago and to see this type of service is disheartening. I don’t think this a representation of CVS as a company. This store is a bad apple.

I have to use CVS because of my insurance. This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been in. The pharmacists are rude and the techs are clueless. I've been both inside and through the drive up window to get medications and waited in both situations over 30 minutes because no one could find my medications. I've also been on hold, trying to find out if my medications had finally come in, for over an hour!

Very disappointed after 2months of waiting still no picture and finally got notice the store is no longer doing photos. After I prepaid for a suprise order to my seven siblings. Only six were able to get the family photo while one was not. And to add insult to situation when I called customer service they offered to cancel order and give me discount on 4x6 prints only when I ordered at 16x20 canvas photo. WOW disappointed is a understatement. And to hear I would have to repurchase at the current price I'm unable to get the price I paid for the item.

Arrived with an appointment for a flu shot and Covid vaccination. The staff thought I only had a flu shot appointment. The same issue happened to the person after me. The staff couldn't look up my past history at CVS properly (they showed I only had one previous COVID shot, when I had three, all at CVS). So I had to do pull up the CVS records myself and show them. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork and answer a ton of questions that I had already done online I was at CVS for over an hour before I even got my shots. The past three visits to different CVS locations took less than 5 minutes. Totally disorganised and I would never schedule anything at this location again.

My wife just had emergency surgery and I came in to get the prescription filled, it was almost time to close the pharmacy but the pharmacist went ahead and and got it filled for me, she told me to wait 30 min and was ready in 10.I don't know what I would have done without those meds, thank you so much for being a great worker, the world need more caring and loving people like you.

CVS on Fairborn in Douglasville, GA. Last night I went through drive thru to pick up my medication. The young woman at CVS did not return my credit card. I didn't realize it until about 10 minutes later and we had already left the CVS. I started getting alerts that my credit card was being used! I froze my card and then I returned to CVS and they were not very helpful and said there was nothing they could do. Just be sure to take your card with your prescriptions when you go through the CVS line. I am not sure but this was most likely done by the person behind me or the techs in the pharmacy.
