This CVS has unfair reviews. I’ve picked up multiple prescriptions in the past few weeks. Each time, I’ve witnessed impatient customers who’ve treated the staff behind the counter in an unkind way. The pharmacy counter is not a place that anyone wants to be as it means you are sick or caring for someone who is sick. Therefore, most of these reviews will be left by a person who is not feeling well and/or overwhelmed.
However, I have received nothing but professional service at the location over the multiple visits that I’ve made.
Specifically-the pharmacist (Oyi) is the reason that I keep coming back. He is attentive, kind and patient…even to the most impolite of customers. After checking in, I often wait in a chair while my prescription is filled. He always checks on me and ensures that the prescription is filled in a timely manner. Thank you, Oyi. I appreciate you!

Slow drive through.. been waiting (with a prepaid order and barcode) with my baby, who just had surgery. For too long. It you can't fulfill someone's order ask them to pull up or come in..

If I could give the pharmacy a zero star I would. They assume because someone has a Spanish last name that they dont speak English therefore, refuse to assist you. They will literally stand around behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but will not assist you if you look of Spanish descent. Do better CVS, Do better.

Go to any other pharmacy but cvs. The one on fairburn road had this very unhelpful lazy nigerian man declining me my prescription and another lady because he Cleary couldn't work the system well. I had to go to Walmart who had absolutely no issue. Cvs just hires anybody. I was so unwell and he showed no concern. Yeah one star.

Drive thru wait times are unacceptable.
I called the corporate office while I waited and I'm still sitting in line.
35 minutes so far! SMH

I have used CVS Minute Clinic about 3 times, on Fairburn Rd. I never had an issue. I really appreciate they were able to see me today as a walk-in. Thank you.

Will never use cvs my prescription there with insurance was about $100 else where I got it for $18 without insurance but they never told me I could that

THE WORST PHARMACY!! DRIVE THE EXTRS MILES TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. It’s always a 30+ min wait or hold even to find out if the RX is ready, you don’t get a call or text to let you know if it’s ready. There is always someone rude with an attitude answering the phone or at the counter.

So far so good. I'm waiting on my prescription to be filled. They only have one part of it completed.
The pharmacist completely forgot about me and I waited over an hour. I informed the manager about this. Lord HELP TODAY. SMH ?

my experience was terrible the staff there are rude and don't help you at all if they tell you the time your medication is going to be ready take it with a grain of salt because it'll probably be ready 5 hours after it was due screw this place!!!!

The pharmacy area is the worst I’ve experienced in my entire life. I’ve used cvs for almost 30 years and this is definitely the worst. I had called to verify if my prescription was ready was given attitude by female techs. My doctor finally got hold of the male pharmacy tech that he got it. Went an hour later to pick up and was told by the male lead pharmacy tech that it was gonna be an additional 2 hour wait. Supplied my GoodRx info for payment and then when I came back 2 hours later, he gave us the normal price and told us we had to pay that and never applied my GoodRx discount. It even shows on my app that he never applied it. Go anywhere else. Worst pharmacy ever.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by employee (Vicki).Friendly and welcoming.Very prompt in checking out.
