Terrible service, terrible attention. They lost my documentation to open a new account and made me waste 2 weeks of waiting with the pretext that I was missing an additional document. They were unable to call or send a simple email reminding me. Donna, the one who told me that she is the manager, told me that it was my responsibility and not the account executive's. and then she sent me an email telling me that sorry, they lost my documentation. I can't believe it

I just joined and I already hate this Bank most of the information that they give you in the branch is very misleading the customer service agents are not up to par on the systems and how they work hold times on checks money orders cashiers checks are terrible.

I’ve been a DCCU customer for 2 years now, and I’ve had a great experience thus far. I became a member to get a savings account to buy a home. As far as my money and account goes, no problems. When it was time for my fiancé and I to buy our home, we were looking forward to buying our home through Delta Credit. But one mortgage lender in particular, Sharon Colby needs to work on strengthening her communication skills. Because she’s so hard to reach, we’ve decided to go through another lender. Her voicemail box is full, she does not answer emails, or will have an automatic response saying she’s out of office. We will be closing on our home this month and to think if we were still hoping to go through delta, we would still be waiting to get our approval letter.

Very helpful and professional Ms.Charon Reed was great and phenomenal she assisted me on today with opening an account for my son.I am very delighted that she was available to help me and give me all the information I needed.The service was outstanding and just great experience all the staff was very friendly and helpful.Thank you Delta Community Credit Union.

I have enjoyed moving all of our accounts to Delta Community and having a close location near home. What’s challenging is using their bill pay services. Hopefully they will upgrade their systems soon to pay bills electronically instead of mailing a check. We pay bills every other Friday on payday. Those bills are not getting paid on time due to them not being processed until Monday and payments are being mailed in 2023!!! Because of their slow process, we’ll now being forced to pay bills directly to websites which is definitely an inconvenience. I understood coming from a larger bank things would be different but I didn’t expect bills to not get paid more than a week after they’ve been paid using their Bill Pay Services. I hope this process gets better sooner than later.

Customer service is awesome and there isn't really a wait time because most teller's get you in and out unless you have a complicated situation. Overall, after over 10 years with them. One of my favorite places to bank.

The manager on duty has a very condescending attitude. I went in with a friend of mine who has a bank account at ur bank and I used the change counting machine. Nowhere in this location does it say not available for non branch members. When I went to the cashier to get cashed out the manager proceeded to tell me that he was cashing it for me out of courtesy but I was not to ever use that machine again. If u don’t want people using it make a sign letting people know it’s not ok. I don’t appreciate being talked to like I’m stupid when I’m not. You don’t talk down to people just because they aren’t members of ur bank. Very rude

DCCU Douglasville.....These guys are like my family. From the manager to every member of the team, they are simply great. It is always a joy to visit the branch. I have been there from the inception of this branch and I must admit that their professionalism, empathy when needed, care and attention is unparalleled. They have been consistent in delivering excellent customer service to their customers. I love you guys and what you do. Keep on with the good work.

Incompetent employee did not handle my transaction correctly resulting in negative impacts for me and money being in limbo. I have to call the limited customer service to fix half the issue and wait until Monday or Tuesday to fix the rest. Horrible experience.Update September 2022: The Branch Manager reached out and was very nice in trying to understand what happened. The after hours Customer Service Agent had a limited view of my account resulting in my being misinformed. This was of no consequence of the Branch Employee. My apologies for not having a full conclusion before making the above review. Of note: The Employee was very nice throughout my experience, so it was never about attitude and more about the transaction. I will visit this branch again.
