Quick service, very helpful. I needed help printing my prepaid label, employee helped me and ensured my package was properly secured before I left. Took about 2 mins I was in and out.

Their customer service can be better. I'm glad I'm smart as f*** and was able to figure out what I needed, no thanks to the manager who was there that day. The other guy that helped me first had better customer service even tho he didn't know exactly how to help me. I was there in person, and the manager was "helping" me, he had asked for my flash drive to pull up my files, I give him the flash drive and Im standing there for 5 mins and I had asked "were you able to pull it up?" (because it does not take 5 mins to pull up a flash drive) and he said "no, I'm helping another customer right now, we have to follow the order. there are online orders, and just cuz u came in person you can't cut the line"...Like, OMG DUDE! you should've said that s*** in the beginning then instead helping me and stopping in the middle of helping me to go back in the "order" for a fuckin online customer. ughhhh its almost as if he was being extra just because I was a female and he wanted to show off how big his ego was...smh.

This Fedex location is hit or miss with customer service. I have a business account with Fedex and usually bring my ready to ship packages in, place them on the counter, and walk out with a receipt. It takes less than 15 seconds, whether they are busy or not. If they are busy, someone usually will multi-task to speed things up. Today, I was told to stand in line (it took about 20 minutes) to do basically the same thing...place the box on the counter and get a receipt.

This is drop off and pickup only. You have to already have labels done and package already prepared. No supplies or service onsite. Please correct information.

Although my first visit was not positive, I've since changed my review because Kevron and another gentleman, I didn't see his nane tag but he worked this Saturday really helped me out. I like great customer service and I can't say it was great but better.

This store, at 2985 Chapel Hill Rd., Douglasville, and its employees lack any sense of appropriate customer service. I have had several lack luster experiences here but this last situation began by the store failing to give me my complete shipment. I was unaware of one of my packets being left there and the store did not call me about it until a couple of hours before they sent it back to the company. I called as soon as I got their message and the employee who I spoke with acted as if this was my fault. He said there was nothing they could do about it and offered no resolution to the problem they caused. He was unhelpful, unapologetic and became short with me when I asked for his supervisor. When I did make contact with his supervisor, he offered no apology and didn't even acknowledge their mistake, even though he knew who I was. It became apparent that this lack of customer service begins with him and is filtered down to his employees.

Best attitude from these guys helping me today. They were fun, patient, and helped what is usually a mundane task be awesome! Highly recommended!
