I attempted to have a one page document printed and didn't have much time. Rep was available and no one was in the facility but she referred me to self print, which is fine but the self print failed to send a code to my email timely so I could print it on the self serve machine. She insisted I wait although no one was inside and she had the ability to print it at the counter. This is NOT good customer service at all. This is the first time I've had a bad experience here-was very disappointing to say the least.

Rush my passport is a scam. Staff know nothing of the process and don’t do anything to warn you. The company charges you massive amounts of money for paperwork you can get free from the post office

I went in on 8/7 at 930 am. The female with braids working the counter was very unhelpful. I needed help faxing and she simple answered my questions as I struggled nevernbothered to come help there wasn't anyone else there. Definitely felt like I was an inconvenience. Not a welcome experience st all. She could use some customer service training.

I am not sure why someone would give this location a bad review especially regarding services. Maybe they had a bad day. Honestly, it is all in the way you ask for help. An interaction goes both ways; you give respect and show patience, you get better service. Too bad companies cannot review the consumers!
The moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped. I was having issues printing a large document and Kevron came to the rescue. He had somewhere to go, but he put that to the side and figured out a solution from start to finish. I really appreciated that. Thanks Fedex USA1793, Douglasville, GA!

How does fedex have NO BOXES. Also why is it you go in and do everything yourself while the workers stand there. Very frustrating

I WAS NOT assisted by a light skin gentleman with braids. I came to print some copies and the self service was not working he told me he could not help me and ignored me because I was using self service. As the employee here he should have came over and assisted me with what I needed some and he did not. I guess it was because they were about to close that he just figured he no longer had to do his job but there was no reason for me to struggle at the printer for over 20 minutes when no one else was in the store and he could’ve helped me.. they need better staff!!!

I came t long way to pick up my package and the employees wouldn’t let me in they were standing and talking and doing nothing I was there /0 minutes before closing very disrespectful. My company used them after they delivered my first package to the wrong address and it had Christmas items that people didn’t get in time horrible customer service

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. I've been here on 4 occasions for prepaid returns with my items already packed, and every single time i've been told they cant ship it as is and try to force me to buy a new package / envelope / packing material etc. But conveniently when i go to the other fedex store on my way home from work they never have a problem and take it and ship immediately.

When the only employee present cannot work the computer properly so they "can't help you today" and it's only 1pm. Your store will lose business all day because the one person you chose to be there today is either improperly trained, cannot troubleshoot, or won't call a senior employee for help. Doing the bare minimum won't keep that store open.

Of all the shipping companies in the world, FedEx is the absolute worst. They consistently their corrupt drivers never deliver the packages. I keep wondering if they are steeling packages and saying that they delivered them. The operators can never help. The automated system will never help. Their software and applications never help. Now matter how often we call and beg for FedEx to just deliver our packages and stop holding them hostage, the will not do it. The company revels in making our lives hell. I tried every way possible to get FedEx to leave our package at the FedEx drop zone at Wal Greens on Chappel hill road, but they just ignore anything we say and then the send our package the these blighters. May anyone who ever works for FedEx be cursed for being a part of such a sadistic organization. May the Families of the person who works for FedEx be cursed as well. There is no punishment bad terrible enough to give FedEx and anyone who would work for the sadistic company. I hope the world discovers the truth about you. May you rot for the things that you have done. I officially would like to give a negative one million star rating, but honestly, that would not be low enough. FedEx is a plague.
