I was charged $56 for cabin air filter replacement and the air filter was not replaced. When I went in to make the agent aware I was told the technician forgot. I asked for them to perform the service I paid for and was told they did not have my air filter in stock which let me know the tech did not just forget he intentionally did not perform the service and expected that I would not check to make sure it was performed. I asked for a refund and was told that the service advisor could not give one and there was no one at the location that could and I would need to come back in 2 days for someone to be available to give a refund. I was offered a free oil change which I do not want because I will not allow that location to service my car again.

The customer service provided wasn’t good. The employee was sitting in the garage while on his phone. I waited 10 minutes until I walked out the front door and went into the garage to ask if I could be helped for the appointment I had made and he said would be in shortly to assist me.
After my car was finally finished and it was parked in the parking lot, the same employee came inside the lobby but didn’t notify me that I can pay and be able to leave but he decided to talk to his coworkers.
I went to the counter and then he decided to come to the counter as well so I could pay and give my keys back to me.
The customer service that was provided to me was very disappointing and dissatisfying and I will not return to Firestone for any service that is needed for my car. I will go to another business and pay a bit more money so I can be provided with better customer service.

Isaiah was awesome and took great care of us. We were traveling from Mississippi to Atlanta for the holiday. We hit pot hole on the interstate and had a unfortunate blowout. We were able to get to side of the road and get the spare on. We goggled to see how close Firestone was to use. We were lucky to see only 3-5 miles away. We arrived checked in the road hazard plan we had when we purchase our tires in Mississippi was horned. We were in and out less than 45 minutes.
We would definitely recommend anyone to do busy with any Firestone location. Especially this one here❗️❗️❗️❗️

Mr.Russell WAS VERY HELPFUL, his customer service is SUPERB. He helped me out tremendously, and took very good care of me. He also was very nice and was talking to my mom the whole entire time when picking out the right tires and etc. I will always come back and ask for Mr.Russell if he’s here!!

Russell was so helpful with ensuring that my brakes were repaired in a timely fashion. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this Firestone for any of your auto maintenance needs.
