The previous manager, John McKee had the worst customer service skills. Though he's no longer there, there's an air of distrust that remains. Recently received a quote on repair service and further research proved that Firestone's costs are much higher than average. Our entire extended family took all of our cars there at one time, but now it's difficult to rebuild the trust.

I went in the store on a whim to get my tire checked for a flat. at the time I knew that I had hit a pothole in Atlanta. lo and behold it was true that my wheel was bent, and the staff did pull me into the repair room to show me what had happened. What I assume to be the store manager offered to bend the wheels back and also pointed out that I needed to get my tires replaced as the tread was low. I didn’t even notice this until they brought it up, and I am so grateful they did. I asked to see if I can get the same tires as I did, and they did me one better. They got me an upgraded version from Firestone and price matched it to the cheaper tires that I once had. They saved me $100. Furthermore, they offered to bend the wheels back, and as I left, I took notice that I had absolutely no wobble and no air leaks anymore. They simply fixed my wheels which isn’t even a service that they offer.As a reviewer, I rarely make the time to write a five star, unless they absolutely go out of their way, and in this case, I even had to re-download and sign into the Google Maps app just to write this, but I thought everybody should know how great this place is and the absolutely amazing amazing service and personable staff they had there. they were truly an amazing help and they did more than I ever would’ve expected from a fire stone. Don’t let the interior deceive you, this place is a place professional, and well done work.

Was making runs on a Saturday, and caught a nail in my tire. Swung by Firestone hoping it would be easy. The lady at the front said it was going to take about 15-30 minutes to plug and put air in all tires. We noticed that most of the time, the workers were siting down even though cars were in the bay. I know some customers said they needed parts for their vehicles, but nothing seemed productive. Long story short, no work was completed because tire cost was high.

Worst experience of my life. The young lady that works there got into an accident in my car and showed no remorse for the incident that happened while my car was in her possession. If she had driven my car in a safe manner forward facing she would have saw someone backing out of a parking spot. The employee ( young lady) and manager did not apologize for the damage that was done to my car nor offered any support. Once the young lady proceeded to come and grab me from the waiting room after the accident happened she left and proceeded about her day like she wasn’t involved in anything. My thing is this could have been avoided if the young lady would have been driving my car forward and not in reverse from the front to the back of the store and looked around to make sure it was safe. Both parties are at fault for not paying attention.. but worst she (the employee) never apologized to me like ma’am you were in the wrong as well and careless with someone’s else’s property. Now my car is left with a dented passenger side door.

I took my car to Firestone in Douglasville, GA, on 11/02 for a new Catalytic Converter (P0420) and Turbo Charger (P2261). I returned to the store ten times with the same problem.Not only did they return my car with the same problem after being unable to pass an emissions test that read the same codes for the two issues, but my car now overheats, and the fan continues to run trying to cool the car off in which Firestone tech received payment to repair the coolant system. The code is P00B7.Firestone also serviced my second vehicle the same week as the first vehicle for a CV axle on the front right passenger side. The second vehicle still does not run properly after having the repair done and paid in full.Lesson learned. If the service is unacceptable, voice your concerns until you get a resolution at no additional cost to you. People pay for quality service and should expect customer service excellence. I will never do business at this location again.I will pay close attention to the reviews from here on out for any car auto service for repairs. I hope all the Firestone locations do not deliver poor customer service because of one bad apple.Update: Drove the car 12 miles from home the night after returning from the shop for the 10th time and guess what? The check engine light came back on.Scan the car, code is P0420, Catalytic Converter. Who has thousands of dollars to throw away for an incomplete job? No one and me either?Check engine light is from the Chevy Cruise 2011 and the fluid leak is from my new CV Axle for my Nissan Juke 2012.Today is Dec. 13, 2023, still no call from the corporate office in Nashville, TN. The customer service complaint continues to say the complaints escalated to the district manager (imaginary person). They give you bogus numbers to the corporate office.Don't stop - continue to be persistent. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and local news stations.Someone will eventually take heed and do something about these scams and rip offs.Two cars down thanks to Firestone! Smh!

I understand customer service is low or not on the priority list in this line of business, but I do at least expect communication. I made an appointment for 11:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. I was greeted promptly by an employee who I informed of my brakes squealing. That was the only communication I had with anyone until almost 2 hours later. No brake inspection results, no status update, and no work being done on the car.I was told they wanted someone else to look at the brakes but could give me no ETA. I was basically sent away with no resolution after wasting hours sitting in the waiting room. No apology, no anything.On to the next.

Took my car for an alignment at 9 am. I arrive and the tech says there’s no record of an appt even after showing him a record number. The place looks run down, dim, and the employees look like they could care less about you or your vehicle. I asked for my keys back and the tech looks away from me and hands me my keys as if this happens all the time. RUN from this place. Your car could fall off the lift and to them, life goes on.

This place is so unprofessional it’s really a joke. I was scheduled for a tire installation. I came in at 11:00am and was told my vehicle would be ready at 3:00pm. I came back at 3 and was told the truck was not ready. They needed another 2 hours. I didn’t leave the business until 7pm at closing. When picking my truck up at 6:55pm the Team Lead was literally arguing with another customer about services they didn’t complete. I mean the customer and store lead was so uncomfortable to listen to I had to step outside the door to let them hash it out. Fast forward some days later and I’m back at this unprofessional business with a 7:30am appointment being told I will still have to wait because they are short on staffing. Not to mention my tires weren’t balanced on a new tire installation on the first visit. I would give this store a -5 stars if I could.Service: Tires

I called @ 11:00 am (9/23/23) to get a quote on a front alignment on my vehicle. The female that answered the phone was obviously upset that I called to get a price. Management, please explain to her that people calling to get a quote is a good thing. Be nice to customers. They have money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't express enough how grateful I am for the team at Firestone Complete Auto, particularly Russell and Wes. After getting new struts installed at another auto care center, I had a nagging feeling something wasn't right with my car. Russell and Wes not only inspected my vehicle thoroughly but also found several issues stemming from the previous mechanic's work. I was devastated to learn that I had been taken advantage of by my previous mechanic for over a year.Thanks to Firestone's expertise and integrity, they not only fixed the problems but also ensured my car was safe to drive again. I would give ZERO stars if possible. NEVER EVER go to this Firestone location!!!!!!! I have been getting my vehicles repaired at Firestone for 50 YES 50 years!! Since my first vehicle was purchased. This location is 100% THE WORST SERVICE or should I say NO SERVICE!! They had no problem keeping my vehicle for three days and happy to take my $1900 and repaired NOTHING!!! The Store Manager Wesley Phillips said and did nothing to rectify the issue!! Never even followed up!! Last words from the Technician after testing three times for the issue was I can not fix it!!!! Take it to the Dealership!! I escalated the issue to the Area Manager and he text one time saying can he call back later? I recommended he contact my Husband because I was busy with clients all day. He never called!!! I am a Licensed Insurance agent and have professionally serviced clients daily for fifteen years. I would never ignore them and think the problem will go away. There is always a solution!! Not calling back is never one of them!! Next step Firestone CORPORATE and the Locals news. BEWARE!!
