Footlocker has always been my favorite shoe store Logan greeted me as soon as I came in and was very attentive even though I didn’t purchase anything his customer service was superb will be back to shop with him soon thanks again

I would give this store zero starts if I could.. how do you have 12 employees working in the store cutting up and playing but not ringing anyone up for sales.. I'll never shop in the Douglasville footlocker again.

Walked in the store At Opening time and there were shoes all over the floors. Found myself picking them up For them as I shopped and as the two women who worked there stood around and watched. Found a jogging set I wanted and took it to the counter. Asked why there were shoes all over the floor and was told they keep falling off the walls…..Was then told I couldn’t make a purchase (And receive a Receipt)without giving my email address to them. Promptly took my money elsewhere. During first year of Covid they used the No receipt excuse claiming that it was to lower the spread. Didn’t fall for that bs then either. I shop where I’m respected and appreciated.

Great place to find some of the "hard to find" kicks. They have one of the best selection of Jordan's and Air Maxes I have ever seen. The prices are pretty much on par with most retailers of these shoes. I was looking for some Jordan's in a specific color and low and behold I walked in and found them. My daughter will be so excited on Christmas Morning when she opens her gift. 10/10 Would highly recommend

Bought some cans shoes never even wore them outside , they was ok in the store but when I brought them home I notice that one shoes was shaped different then the other tryed to take back but the mod was rude and couldn't comprehend what I was telling her so now i have a new pair of shoes that I won't where guess I'll take them to goodwill
