“Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds. Champs Clock Shop’s willingness to make things right and take care of their customer really impressed me. I truly appreciate their effort and commitment to providing great customer service. Jeff went over and beyond to take care of my clock. It’s so nice to hear the tic and the cuckoo once again! I would definitely recommend Champs Clock. They will take care of you!!”

“Despite the credit card machine being down (They were waiting on a new one to arrive) the service was amazing. The lady behind the counter answered all my questions, was incredibly knowledgeable and as polite as they come. I used to go to another local shop but this will be my mainstay for the foreseeable future. 10/10 absolutely recommend.”

“Yesterday I placed a last minute order for my boss’ birthday and they truly delivered on her strawberry bouquet! The girl that took my order was so sweet and helped me figure out exactly what i wanted. I’ve had arrangements from this location here and there but this was definitely the best experience. They even delivered it right on time so there were no hiccups at work! and them strawberries were damn good too👏🏾 I also got a few of those jojo cookies and they were delicious! A+”
