Since OneLife has bought out Gold's Gym in Douglasville, I would say it's one of the unkept gym in town, especially since irs a fairly new facility. The ladies locker room is dirty even early in the morning, which tells me no one cleaned it the night before. The shower curtains are gross. I'm so surprised of the conditions of the gym, since the world is still dealing with virus outbreaks. It appears that they have no concern for the safety of their customers, just collect our $$. The pool area is also a concern of mine.PLEASE MAINTAIN THE FACILITY. members pay for it!!!

Visiting family for the holidays, and my husband and I came here to keep up with our workout schedule. The layout, diversity in equipment, amount of equipment, and all the amenities... A+! We came today using their complimentary 1-day VIP Pass, and we loved it so much that we're getting a weekly pass to come back everyday until we go back home.Highly recommend you give this place a try!

Okay, can I say this place was literally a life saver? My hotel just down the road closed its gym and this place not just made my day, it made my week! This place offers so much, at such a good price point. For my day pass it was only $10. Which was perfect, because I was in town for a friend's wedding, and two days of gym passes at this amazing gym was just what I was looking for. This place has a cardio deck, a cross fit deck, multiple free weight and kettle bell stations, several dead lift platforms, and squat racks. It also has smith machines, and weight stack multi use machines. The locker rooms are absolutely beautiful, tons of locker space, toilets, showers, and a sauna. And let's not forget the lap pool. No matter what you're "into" this gym has it all, even a child care facility/play room for busy parents who want to workout. Simply put, I love this place. I wish there were several in Las Vegas, because I would change my membership over to this gym....in a heartbeat.

The staff here sucks. the male personal trainers are creepy and the management is horrible. My niece was a former employee at Onelife Fitness. She would tell me stories of the trainers hitting on her and making extremely rude and homophobic jokes and remarks. She would also tell me how Andres slept with one of his clients in the unisex hallway. She wo tell me how her male coworkers would stare at her while she worked out and comment on her body. She also told me how she was told to clean the mens bathroom during open hours and the General Manager Brody Lively told and the Regional Manager Chandler Renouf told her "You might see a couple dicks but it's fine".She even went as far as to tell me that she overheard Brody talking about another former employee and he said "I don't want that little girl back at my gym ever again" . She also told me how Brody trash talks members after they walk out, going as far as calling one a bitch. She also told me how her friend who also worked at the gym told her how she was never compensated for working in three different departments of the gym at the same time and how she was never offered a promotion even though she would constantly go two weeks with no off days and was told she could not be promoted because she was unreliable. All in all, take your money else where so it can be better appreciated.

I love the gym, the atmosphere is very motivating, the music is very varied, trainers willing and focused, the managers are totally incredible in their work. I would ask that perhaps they remove the rules of recording in public, just as the meditation area was a little longer open. The cleaning is impeccable some paper on the floor but nothing that the cleaning staff can't solve, although you can see that they work all day without rest I have seen them tomorrow afternoon and night and they get little profit, they do a very good job except for some people who do not take advantage of the cleanliness. 9/10 undoubtedly one of my favorite places to go in the morning before my work day

Good gym to go and kill my skills with my classmates. The service is stable and you can do everything as soon as you find the gym without traffic. Efficient coaches and stable and cool weather, good music although sometimes a little loud when I listen to mine. Cleaning is the whole course of the day and they really do a good job apart from keeping the bottles full of disinfectant. The men's bathroom is a chaos the sauna because it is almost always full, but when I enter it is always clean. 10/10 Douglasville

I love schedules, I joined by yoga and dance. Everything is spectacular, the atmosphere and the vibe. Except for managers who sometimes have a doubt about something and don't even know what to answer or you lose an object and sit down to wait for hours and then say that it's not there. In particular, very good gym. They should make a change of leaders.

Overall a great gym. Staff tends to be friendly and helpful. They could do a better job of keeping the cleaning supplies stocked but I’m sure it’s a little tough as the place is almost always busy. My biggest complaint is they allow people to bring in tripods and film even though their posted rules say not to.

Lots of great amenities if working or available. Main reason I joined is sauna, yoga and indoor pool. Oh can't use the pool 3 days a week during prime time due to a swim team. REALLY! No one pre-informed of this and we pay a yearly $40 and monthly rate extra for towels etc and can't get to the pool! I do really like the yoga classes on Wed and Sat. M. Hall is just great. Should really do something about the use of cameras in the women's locker room. We all sign an agreement to NOT use, but it is ridiculous the amount of posing and snapping that happens in front of the mirrors. So disrespectful with others dressing in the background. Put reminders on the mirror and cancel their memberships when reported at minimum.

The staff is friendly. And gym itself is good. The main thing for me is the cleanliness of the locker room. These pictures were taken at 5:10AM. 10 mins after they opened. Which means that it was like this all night. And the showers are just as bad with gnats and ants everywhere. If they could work on this, it would be 5 stars from me.

The cleanliness of this place has improved too much, they keep clean very often. Previously the place was snatched and stinky. Thanks to the new staff for a good job. I like that it has a pool, my stretching helps me a lot.

I love the armor and vibes of this gym! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because I’m not particularly happy with the cleanliness of the shower, locker room area, and sauna area on the women’s side.

do not set up a subscription with this gym, the customer support team is terrible. I tried ending my subscription during my grace period and i was ignored. now they are trying to make me pay an extra $60 in order to cancel my membership. Also not to mention the fact that trying to get to the actually support team is a maze. i had to go to the gym for them to give me a number just for the number to tell me to email a certain email address and wait for a response again.

My first visit at Onelife in Douglasville and to say the least I'm very disappointed. With me being new to the gym, I wasn't asked if I wanted to be shown around the facility, talked to a trainer, which I wanted to do, or felt welcomed. Even when I walked out in less than 10 minutes, there was clearly a social gathering with employees instead of greeting the guest. As I was walking out, you would've thought someone would've stopped me to talk about a membership but there was no interaction. I was ready to sign up as a member and receive personal training, as the gym has many amenities. First impressions are everything! Hopefully, I will find a gym more personable and a good trainer.

Gym is overcrowded and staff struggles with maintaining cleanliness, I also noticed that when equipment broke it took a while to get repaired. I had trouble getting my membership cancelled but hopefully this has now been resolved, Brodie is issuing me a refund. Everyone I spoke with about this issue was polite.
