Goodwill does a great service, but this particular location has no signage of expectation for the flow of traffic to drop off donations and the female staff member was VERY rude.

It's getting more overpriced for a dirty atmosphere. It's not as clean as it used to be. The one in hiram is much more organized. I wouldn't say cleaner but looked to be a little. I get they have to put people to work, but the items they get are free. Some of the items are way to over priced for goodwill. These items are not new! well, most are not they are used. It is ridiculous

First time coming to this location and will not come back. Most things were typical, until walking to the pots and pans area where my husband and I found several knives just sitting out on all levels of shelving, having no sheaths or wrapping to keep from cutting yourself.

7pm at night on a Sunday, at least 15 people deep at the register with at least 3 overfilled carts and one cashier. Saw at least two employees on the floor. By the looks of those in line, they have been there for awhile. Ended up leaving without making a purchase…good thing we didn’t find anything we really needed.

the manager Oscar doesn’t know how to talk to employees with respect. Amy doesn’t know anything about personal space. These managers need to take a course on how to manage a store properly. Tired of my daughter coming home and complaining about the managers. Do better. Especially you Oscar

Usual junk that Goodwill has. Major problem here is the lack of shopping carts. I’ve been here multiple times and there are only 4 or 5 carts for the whole store. As usual there is no help from the goodwill employees. Very long wait to check out.

Not sure what is going on in this store, but it has really gone downhill over the past few months. I started shopping at this location again about a year ago, they seemed to have new management and the store looked amazing compared to the last time I saw it so I thought I'd give it another try, Now every time I go in there it looks a mess! stuff just thrown and piled everywhere. The staff is terrible now! All they do is stand around talking to each other or play on their phones. Customer service is non-existent. I don't what happened, but I won't be back. Ever since the lady with the curly hair left, this place has been a mess! I love Goodwill but will not return to this location.

just went to make a donation to goodwill in Douglasville ga. As we pulled up there were 3 workers standing outside talking. Two young men and 1 older female with very short hair. One of the young men made a really hateful face and said something to the other two. As we got out to drop the donations the one guy says " We closed". My husband questioned what he said and the female said " The donor door, not the store. We shorted staffed" Short staffed and three workers doing nothin. Y'all make money off of stuff given to you and you have workers too lazy to do their job. Paying people for literally nothing. Check on your staff. Better yet find a staff that's willing to work. We were there at 5pm

It is a good store with good donations, the prices seem high compared to others I have gone to. It needs more cleaning in the bathrooms and more organization, it looks very neglected

I like to visit occasionally, like while I'm waiting for my delicious $7.99 pizza from Fedel Pizzaria.They sometimes have intriguing, but overpriced furniture. I once found a 12 series set of something (isn't important what) that was only missing the entire 1st set which made it worthless.The shelves are loaded with wares of all kinds so if you're just looking for something to buy, you'll probably find it.They have this insane, like 90% off day, which is Tuesday, I believe. Best day to browse.
