1) Weary of attendant’s Hygiene.2) My Temporary crown dislodged/came out Friday 30th June 2023 evening. I Called office but they are closed till Monday July 3rd, 2023.3) with the temp crown out, oral cavity (teeth) feels weird, feels like dragon tooth with one tooth shorter that the rest.3) Got another filling, came out about a week later.4) Multiple visit for issues after having dental works performed, multiple loss of income from due to frequent and excessive returns to facility, to have faulty dental issues corrected.5). Sanitation is a concern as the attendants were observed not applying Hygiene protocols in order to minimize or eliminate cross contamination.6) Medical equipment calibration such as their vital signs machine is a concern.7). I am seriously considering dental facility change.

The staff was nice and professional. However, the cost for treatment is way too much, no financing options were offered to me to help with cost that my insurance did not cover. My appt was 10:30 am. I was there until 1:45pm. I kept being told that the hygienist was on the way. She finally came and I was told at 12:45 that I would need to wait another 45 mins to get my special cleaning. I asked for the manager and advised I had another appt and was now running very behind bc I had been there so long. I was then asked if I was told that cleanings may not happen on the first visit, which is a waste of time because who can take off just to get xrays done and come back for the actual cleaning that needs to be done every 6 months. That needs to be done on the same day. I told her I was not. She managed to get another hygienist to do it but I still did not leave until 1:45pm. Its a waste of the clients valuable time. The manager did apologize for the wait and offered me water twice.S/N: I wish I had read some of these other reviews bc I wouldve never gone and spent money on a “special cleaning” that I may not have even needed…she did not give me an option to just do the regular cleaning covered by my insurance, which was probably all I truly needed since it had been a long time since my last cleaning. She said I “must” get the special treatment first. ?
