City gear/Hibbett sports are one in the same company at least I thought I made a purchase from a city gear store and tried to return it because I was not satisfied with the product and city gear has a policy in place. Well they will not return a consumers Money and only offers store credit. This is a very bad business practice and in someways robbery of the consumer the customer should have the right to return an item to assure and receive their money back.

The service and associates are always top notch. They are very professional and friendly and always go above and beyond. The store is always neat, clean, and organized. I give them an A+ across the board!
