Had a few hiccups upon arrival but other than that, my stay has been wonderful. Ms Rachel is a sweetheart, very helpful and polite.

Service and staff are fantastic, Aaron is a great maintenance guy. Have been here for 8 months and no issues, only thing was hot water in the room we had, was like a battle with other occupants for it. They really need to pay for a pest control service to spray the rooms and eliminate the bugs.

The rooms are nice and clean with a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. It's a quiet place where you can relax and chill, or enjoy a night out with its convenient location it's in the middle of everything. The staff are nice, very friendly and welcoming

I am extremely pleased with my stay, room was clean and bug free, most comfortable bed is like sleeping on a cloud. But the best is the customer service front desk and manager Rachael is professional, considerate,patient and helpful and I have to mention Aaron who is in maintenance he was very kind and helpful and was very reliable with our maintenance need. My experience with them was A+.

They "pride themselves" on providing "pest free" rooms? No sir. Welcome to the original ROACH MOTEL. Did you know that roaches carry about 20 diseases? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ROACHES, everywhere, all the time. You will need a new can of RAID every three days.

Do Not Stay here! Upon check in the room was infested with roaches. Immediately went to front desk to check out and request a refund and they refused, claiming they don’t do refunds. I called corporate and you cannot get a live person in the phone, just a message telling you to fill out a form on their website. After filling out the form, corporate told me to contact property management, after several calls to the property, I finally got someone to answer and they told me yet again, no refunds given. My credit card was charged the full amount of the stay even though I never stayed. Not to mention they have roaches!

Management was cool, but the rooms needed improvements. The bed was like a BRICK, and the floors were disgusting, please bring your own towels and flip flops to ware in the shower! If you're on the backside of the building, there seems to be much more standing around and hanging out of men at late hours of the night. Here again, if it wasn't for management, I would have left within my first two days.

Staff was friendly when we arrived… location is great being right by stores and fast food on highway 5.
We have been staying in the traditional full sized bed room and our stove didn’t work the first two days, one burner started to work but doesn’t get as hot as it needs to to properly cook food.. our shower drain is completely stopped up causing our floor to flood every time someone takes a shower, and the shower knob and drain cover are both broke and fall off. The ac doesn’t work correctly and turns on and off when it’s not supposed to and the walls and counters are stained and dirty. The office was made aware of the drain issue yet no one has come to fix it although they have been in our room to “inspect it” twice now. We haven’t inspected the renovated rooms and checked for these issues however I highly do not recommend this hotel for small families (especially with children!) unless you are willing to pay almost $2,000 a month just to have working amenities.
