My family of Four clients booked 4 pedicures with two of us also receiving manicures. We were not serviced all at one time. On the menu, a Basic pedicure states that a foot and leg lotion massage is performed. But only two of us received a very short massage.
We were told the staff we are used to seeing are “all on vacation”. Another client was told they have new owners.
The services were not as nicely done as we typically receive.

I have long nails so I only get pedicures here ever so often. My daughter and I stopped in yesterday because I remembered the great pedicure I received here before. My pedicure was just ok, they like to (extra five dollar you for every little thing) but my daughter got a pedicure & a full set. She got sticker shock for nails that used to be $45-50 are now $75. (Also for some reason they don’t have prices posted anymore) When she inquired about a fill-in in the future, she was told $50. Seems like the nails were a bit rushed and now they also charge you card fees and press you for a tip. I didn’t feel the service my daughter received justified those prices. I will search for another establishment for our nail care in the future! Sorry prices are high but service and end product didn’t match.

I wasn’t going to write a review as my experience in the salon was very run of the mill, nothing bad but nothing to write home about either. I was there for a total of a little over 2 hours for a manicure & pedicure, paid $99+$20 tip. The guy who did my pedicure was phenomenal have no complaints, he really massaged the heck out of my legs and feet and I wanted to tip him better but didn’t want him to split it with the lady who did my nails and I didn’t have cash. Now the lady who did my nails was alright, I originally asked for rounded square and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about so I landed on square. She spent a very long time getting them shaped into squares, they were previously rounded and are my natural nails so not sure why she spent so much time on it. However within a week 4 of my nails broke down to past the nail bed and split from side to side. When I left the nail salon I thought they felt weaker and sure enough they are breaking left and right. First and last time I’ll be there. Manicures are not cheap and I spent over $100 for it to last 5 days. Not to mention she was very stingy on the massage for my mani, she spent a total of 2 minutes for both arms. A good massage is important and will get you a good tip on top of doing a decent manicure but too many techs over look it 🤷🏻♀️

I have been coming to this nail salon for a while, and have spent a lot of money here. However my last few experiences haven't been great. I recently decided that I was going to cut back in areas of spending, I first decided pedicures ,one because I noticed discoloration on my big toe, that know one mentioned they kept covering up with polish so I never knew. Be mindful when they are doing your nails at the same time your getting a pedicure they place a pillow on your lap so you can't see your toes. I'm not sure what actually caused the dark toenail, I just knew that it needed to get better. After that I decided to stop the SNS which the last time they were done, it was not good, I had them removed and got a basic manicure. However the lady that did the manicure didn't do a great job. The service just isn't there, they switched the credit card company so when using your credit card you pay like 3% more. Kenny, Jasmine, and Winnie you all were great but need to step up your game, and offer more maintenance and upkeep for those who want instead of making you feel your not spending enough money. All of your focus goes to those getting SNS, gel, polish, etc. Sad to say I will not be returning my money isn't long enough anymore.

Wow, they provide the best experience. My wife and I have been a lot! Might be ashamed, but I will say we have been enough to have everyone who works there work on our nails. My wife never wants to go anywhere else. Can’t recommend them enough.
The Staffs name: Winnie, Jenny,Minh, Anna, Sam, Lily, Jasmine and Kenny. Thank you all so much for providing such a wonderful experience every day and time. You never disappoint.

Typically I love this place and I have been going here for 2 years and referred friends and family. Today I got my nails done at 3:00 p.m. by appointment. Around 8:00 p.m. I put on my yard boots to go do some work in the yard. When I took the boots off all the nail polish was smeared on the two big toes. The salon is closed tomorrow and I am not going to be able to get back there until the end of the week next week so I cannot wear my toes out at the event I planned on going to. I will say this has never happened before but the fact that it did happen I just asked that they correct it. Understand how toenail polish can smudge after 5 hours. It's after hours and I tried calling to leave a message but you're not allowed to leave a message because there's no voicemail. I cannot report it tomorrow because they are closed. I will try calling on Monday. If this is corrected I will remove the post.

I came to get my eyebrows waxed and ended up getting a pedicure also. Usually I don’t get one because I’m very sensitive on my feet but Ms. Anna was soooo good ? I was sooo shocked. She took her time with me an I fell asleep a few times. I will definitely come back to see her again. ??

Not a relaxing or pleasant experience at all. Gel polish chipped 2dys after service. When I returned for it to be fixed the nail tech was augmentative accusing me of returning 10days after service which she was proved wrong and stated if chipped again I would be charge on the next visit. After fixing the set, the polish chipped yet again 3dys later. I will not be returning. Very unprofessional and extremely poor business practices. I would recommend patronizing another salon in the area.
