This was my first time in this store and I will say my visit was fantastic. Brad was very friendly and helpful and the cashier Caitlin was very nice. Customer service is amazing at this location.

I went to Joann’s in Douglasville, and I was not familiar with the layout of the fabric. I asked Bradley where certain types of fabric were…and he walked me right to the fabric! I have been to several different Joann’s and normally when I asked for certain fabric….. they point their finger and tell me which direction to go look. Bradley took me twice to different places in the store.. I enjoyed talking with him. He gets a thumbs up for me. Thank you Bradley for your help. You’re the greatest!

My daughter, Buddy and I decided to go to JoAnnes to find the perfect poinsettias. While I am NOT a crafter my bestie is and we were on the hunt for her sought after flowers. Now upon entering the store smells yummy, not sure what they use but it’s very inviting.
Buddy loves looking at all the different things and I was pleasantly pleased to find some thing that even I was interested in! I truly enjoyed my experience and may return.

My husband took me to Joann's to buy me a brand new surgery for my birthday The guy in the back by the surgeries had the personality of a wet mop The lady at the check out was super nice then when we took it back we did not know that there's open box no return policy only exchange and then they tell us there's a $25 restocking fee I will never ever shop at a Jo-Ann's again this is ridiculous you pay $300 for a machine and if it doesn't work you're stuck with it because they won't take it back

A very well stocked arts and crafts store with a good sized seasonal decor section. Halloween is my favorite time to shop here!
